Bridgette is going to go ahead and start her turn by using her Form of Dread, gaining 22 temp HP as the dark silhouette of her undead master envelops her. Then she'll try to take out the enormous wolf-like creature with an eldritch blast
EB vs. B1 Attack: 21; Damage: 6 (force) Attack: 30; Damage: 13 + 5 (using the Replace Damage feature to switch from force to necrotic damage, getting bonus damage in the process) Attack: 15; not bothering to roll damage.
If either attack hits, Bothak will need to make a DC 18 Wis saving throw or be frightened of Bridgette.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

Necyra, her eyes fixed on the monstrous guardian, knew that they would need all the help they could get. With a focused concentration, she channeled her divine energy, her hands glowing with a soft, ethereal light. She cast the powerful spell, Conjure Woodland Beings (8th level), summoning three fearsome Sea Hags from the Feywild. The creatures, their faces wrinkled and their eyes glowing with malevolent energy, materialized before her, ready to do battle.

Hocus Pocus! They get last init or first, depends on how you look at it.
Horrific Appearance. Any humanoid that starts its turn within 30 feet of the hag and can see the hag's true form must make a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if the hag is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the hag's Horrific Appearance for the next 24 hours.
Unless the target is surprised or the revelation of the hag's true form is sudden, the target can avert its eyes and avoid making the initial saving throw. Until the start of its next turn, a creature that averts its eyes has disadvantage on attack rolls against the hag.

(Am I wrong in thinking we are the only humanoids that within 30 feet of the hags that will affected for the moment?)

OOC: Good point. I'm thinking a "huge monstrosity" (aka Borthak) isn't considered a humanoid. No one should take a look at the hags! Averting your eyes doesn't impact you, since you won't be attacking the hags anyway.
Yurgojin startled by the speed of the creature fires up the flame tongue (BA) Attack 1: 11 Attack 2: 18 to hit, 6 piercing (rerolled and made worse...) plus 3 fire and 7 sneak... (I've never rolled so many 1's in one turn ever!)
Retroactively, before it got incapacitated, Both Yurgojin and Trystane make a Dexterity DC 16 save or take 10 from Reactive Tail.
Reactive Tail. When a creature within 10 feet of the borthak hits the borthak with an attack roll, the borthak swings its tail in retaliation. The triggering creature and any creature within 5 feet of it must succeed on a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or take 16 (2d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
Also from the last round, before getting incapacitated, B1 spent two Legendary Actions for one Bite B1 targets Trystane, bite Attack: 30 Damage: 17
borthakB1 is incapacitated until Talorin's turn. Also make sure you make Dexterity saves orfall prone 10 feet around the icy wolf.
Glacial Aura. At the end of the borthak’s turn, slippery ice covers surfaces within 10 feet of the borthak. This ice is difficult terrain. When a creature other than the borthak enters the ice’s area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must succeed on a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or have the prone condition. The ice disappears at the start of the borthak’s next turn.
The Sea Hags, a mischievous glint in their eyes, chanted in unison, their voices echoing through the cavern. Green energy crackled around the Borthak, its massive form contorting and twisting. With a sickening squelch, the creature was transformed, its monstrous form shrinking and morphing into that of a plump, bewildered-looking pigeon. Feathers sprouted from its hide, its claws retracting into tiny, useless nubs. The pigeon, bewildered by its sudden transformation, flapped its wings weakly, tumbling to the ground.
(Polymorph spell: Borthak must pass a DC13 WIS Save or a lovely pigeon he becomes)
Necyra casts Toll the Dead on Borthak: DC17 WIS Save or suffer from 13 necrotic damage.

The three Sea Hags erupted in a chorus of cackles, their voices echoing through the cavern. "Well done, sisters!" Winifred crowed, her voice raspy and triumphant. "That's what we call a proper transformation!" Mary cackled, her eyes gleaming with amusement. Sarah simply shook her head, a mischievous grin spreading across her wrinkled face. "Poor creature," she chuckled, "now it's just a feather duster."
(The lowest dex save Trystane can roll is a 16, so I don't roll for the saves.)
Trystane infuses his claws with the power of thunder and slashes once, twice at the Borthak, hoping to end the creature.
Action: two unarmed strikes Bonus: Crimson Rite (5 damage to self) @B1, hit 27 for 14 magical slashing and 2 thunder damage @B1, hit 25 for 12 magical slashing and 6 thunder damage

For each Borthak round going forward:
Horrific Appearance. Any humanoid that starts its turn within 30 feet of the hag and can see the hag's true form must make a DC 11 Wisdom saving throw. Bridgette targets the beast with another eldritch blast, using her bonus action to cast hex this time for a bit of extra damage.
EB vs. B1
Attack: 26 Damage: 10 (force) + 2 (necrotic) = 12
Attack: 20 Damage: 9 (force) + 2 (necrotic) = 11
Attack: 13 Damage: 10 (force) + 2 (necrotic) = 12
If any of those attacks hit, she also converts the most damaging one to necrotic damage and deals a bonus 3 necrotic damage due to her Form of Dread.
Speaking of... any attacks that hit are going to force B1 to make a DC 18 Wis save against the frightened condition.
