Keyleth looks over the carvings with curiosity, trying to think if she's read anything connected to these serpentine scenes. She'll then take a closer look at the crates and barrels in case there is anything that might be useful to the party.

OoC: I can't remember if Faen may have already told us something about similar carvings in a previous room... Might be redundant here.
While Ransyl is checking the rooms his sharp dwarven eyes look at the carvings on the walls. He then realizes that there is a small almost invisible line in one that seems to indicate a hidden compartment in the wall.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ransyl
“It seems as though there is a hidden compartment behind this wall.” Ransyl begins to inspect the area for any traps before attempting to push/pull this compartment open. He is also looking for a way to open it, such as a button or switch or knob.
Ransyl takes a careful look at where the compartment may be. A few minutes later he believes he has discovered how it works.
Reaching inside the open mouth of one of the carved snakes and toggling a tongue-shaped switch Ransyl hears the sound of a click and a panel slides open to reveal a compartment containing some spoiled potions, two doses of serpent venom and an ornate dagger of exceptional work, its hilt in the shape of a rearing serpent with the undulating blade as its tongue.
"Hmm... I might have use for the dagger and poison. If nothing else this dagger might be of historical interest to those who study the yuan-ti." Keyleth will pocket the serpent venom and ornate dagger.
"I don't think there's much else to find in these rooms. Ready to move on? I'm thinking we should check out the eastern corridor next."
As Keyleth lifts the dagger out of the compartment she immediately can tell that the dagger is special. She takes a few moments to study it carefully and realizes that the dagger is magical (dagger +1).
As the party finishes searching the storerooms they find enough supplies to assemble two explorers packs. There are also two flasks of acid as well as a small wooden box looted from an unfortunate merchant containing five potions of healing.
In one of the corners of the room, overlooked by the kobolds, is a large, nondescript chest. A closer inspection reveals that this is the missing shipment of goods that Whippoorwhill hired Keyleth to find. Inside are ten packets of various dried herbs and plant matter pressed into large cakes. Faen identifes the ingredients as being vital components for dealing with poisons and diseases.
"Quite the haul in here," Keyleth says. "So who wants what? I could use the potion of invisibility. Faen, you might be the most natural person to use this wand... Looks like five healing potions. One each and an extra for one of you close fighting types?"
"Maybe you should take the stone, Ransyl, since you're the one who found the secret wall over there. And the extra healing potion to Kirinar? Anybody want these vials of acid, or should we just sell them off? I've got one already that I was planning to sell and split the gold."
OoC: DM, can you add two potions of healing to Kirinar's inventory? Also, is a flask of acid the same as a vial of acid? DDB doesn't have a flask in its equipment manager. Regarding the crate that Keyleth was contracted to retrieve, they just need the medicinal contents, right? And those are light enough to put in a backpack?
"Alright, sounds like that's settled then? I'll hang on to these acid flasks for now unless anybody wants them. So... where to now?"

OOC - Ransyl would like to check for traps before trying anything. Would the earlier roll have covered that investigation?

“Looks like some ceremonial tools, dagger, snake poison and some old potions. I think I’ll leave it alone. Anybody else find anything?”
