"Stay on your guard," Keyleth says to the others, just above a whisper, after the last kobold falls. "The creatures in that room are likely waiting for us to turn our backs," she continues, gesturing toward the door to the northeast. "You should by all means tend to your wounds, but it may be wise to flush them out before we head further in, while we've got our fronts to them, so they don't sneak up behind us later."
Kirinar nods at Keyleth, but takes a few moments to pull down the heavy curtains blocking the windows and letting the natural light come in to the room. He then heads towards the door she indicated, standing ready to either open the door and move in or attack anything that comes out.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Yes, let me get into a better position," Keyleth says, stepping south and east so she is due south of the door with a pillar between her and the door. She attempts to hide so that whatever comes out of the door will not see her when it comes through.
Stealth: 10
Once she is in position, she gives Kirinar a signal. "Ready when you are."
The group sets up around the NE door and prepares itself. Kirinar slowly opens the door revealing a room 25' deep and 20' wide. Nothing happens as you open the door but you see a kobold huddled in the NW corner of the room. It covers its eyes as the light from the main room spills in and cowers further into the corner.
As Kirinar opens the door, Keyleth braces for something to jump out at them. When nothing does, she peeks out from behind her column to take a look. Seeing that Kirinar is not being attacked, she approaches the doorway and sees the kobold cowering in the corner. She whispers to Kirinar, "We should see if it has any information about the raids or the whereabouts of the missing property. You're likely more persuasive than I am, but I'll back you up if you take the lead."
OoC: Keyleth will help Kirinar if he would like to make a persuasion or intimidation attempt to interrogate the kobold.
Kirinar responds to Keyleth, "Sounds good. I think we'll try the bad elf, worse human play. Ready?" (Intimidation: 5) SRSLY??!!!
Kirinar and Keyleth walk in to the room, their eyes on the kobold but looking for a trap (because kobolds are shifty...) After the elf offers a chance for the kobold to make it easy for itself by talking, Kirinar will swing his morningstar into the wall and say in a low voice, "Or, I can beat the information out of you. I wonder how many bones there are in your hand, and if I can crush them all with a single blow of this thing..."
Faen peers into the room with a look of pity for the poor creature. However, she stands back as not to interfere while two of her new friends attempt to interrogate the cowering creature.
Keyleth feels pangs of sympathy as the kobold grovels pathetically for its life, which lead to a moment of guilt over the group at the table that she had led her party to attack unprovoked. She shakes her head and thinks to herself, "Get it together. There's every reason to think they would have attacked us if they'd seen us, as their friends did before. We had no choice."
Regaining her composure she turns to the groveling kobold and says, "Alright. Where do we find this boss of yours?"
With Radagast's spell the last kobold is killed and the room falls silent.
Faen is eyeing Ransyl’s wound. “You want me fix that?”

That Crocodile got me good. I would appreciate the help.
“Here,“ Faen goes over to Ransyl and casts cure wounds on him.
Healing: 4
is that 7 hp then?
OoC: Yep
Ransyl
“Thanks Faen, I’m ready for the next wave now. Shall we see what’s behind door number 2?”

Ransyl walks over to the east of Faen. On his way, prying his Handaxe out of the Kobold skull, ready to hurl it at whoever comes through the door.

As Kirinar slams his weapon into the wall the kobold shrinks back even further. It begins to whimper and whine.
"No hurt, no hurt me. No no no!" It cries over and over.
When it becomes apparent you don't intend to kill the him right that moment he settles down a bit. He begins to tell you
"I don't order the raids, I don't decide. You need to talk to the boss. You need to talk to him. He decides not me. I don't know anything!"
You aren't able to get anything else out of the creature. It just begs for mercy and tells you to see the boss.
