Kirinar will pull Ransyl quickly to the far side, helping to get the now soaked dwarf up onto the walkway!

Once he is up, they'll toss the end of the rope back over the gap so the next jumper can tie themselves off.

Ransyl makes his best effort but is unable to leap the distance and falls short.   He is caught by the rope and Kirinar pulls him up. 

OOC - I almost had Ransyl ask someone to toss him!

Instead of jumping (since she only jumps 8 ft with a running start), Keyleth asks Kirinar and Ransyl to hold onto the other end of the rope on the far side of the gap so she can climb across.

As Keyleth prepares to make her way across the rope she spies three winged kobold's flying from the main keep.  They will be there in a moment.  Cross or fight, what will she decide?  She has time to cross if she chooses before combat begins!

Keyleth roll and Acrobatics skill check if you choose to cross the rope.

OoC: Are any of them in crossbow range currently?  Can Keyleth opt for a free shot in lieu of crossing?

If there is an enemy within 80 ft, Keyleth will take a shot with her crossbow

 If not, she will try to cross the gap instead.

Keyleth easily crosses the gap across the rope as the winged kobold's arrive within range. She then aims her crossbow at the lead kobold and her bolt fires true and it falls into the water.   You can hear the hungry crocodles in the water make their way to dinner. 

Faen is up. 

OoC: How far are they?

The winged kobold's are circling above you at about 40 feet.

“Oh. Great. I don’t suppose you’d be open to just talking? No?” Faen pulls out her short bow and attempts to copy Keyleth.

Attack: 15 Damage: 4

Faen sends an arrow towards one of the flying kobolds.   The arrow strikes the creature in the leg injuring it. 

Kirinar is up. 

Kirinar will pull the crossbow off his back and fire a bolt at the other winged kobold!

Attack: 6 Damage: 6

Kirinar fires a bolt but misses.

Radagast is up

Occ - I’ll go ahead an post for Ransyl to keep things moving. 

Ransyl readies himself with his greataxe ready to swing at the first winged beast that swoops within reach. 

Ooc - basically holding my attack until one of them comes within range - Attack: 24 Damage: 14

Ransyl watches the winged kobold's as they circle above them but none come within range.  They maintain their height.

Suddenly rocks fall from the 2 kobolds remaining fall to the ground near Ransyl.  Fortunately they both miss and smash on the ground.

Keyleth is up

Keyleth trains her crossbow on the injured kobold [K2], following it for a second as it circles in order to better anticipate its movement, and pulls the trigger. A bolt sails into the air toward the creature.

Attack: 23 Damage: 7

A second kobold falls into the water by the efforts of Keyleth.

Faen is up.

Faen sends another arrow flying towards last of the kobolds. “You sure you don’t want to consider talking?”

Attack: 14 Damage: 4

Faen strikes the last kobold as it flies around them again doing injury but not killing it.

Kirinar is up

The fighter quickly reloads his crossbow, aims, and releases the bolt at the final winged kobold...

Ranged Attack: 24 Damage: 12

...plunging the steel and wooden shaft into the creature's heart!
