Perception roll 9 as Ginko seems to be serving someone else and Koohe will see this as an error on her part and attempt to correct this to acknowledge Traxx as highest rank of group.
Ginko considering how he reacted when Koohe asked him for directions is going to attempt barking orders at Traxx to show he is dominant. "Traxx! Ginko want you open door south and close to us!"

Koohe looks again at Ginko. Expecting a swift beating from Traxx for attempting to insubordinate or maybe she is wrong in thinking Traxx is really in charge. Insight5
(Just a note that probably an insight check is more appropriate for those kinds of things.)
We have another player! Welcome Yellow-Spine the barbarian. Lets assume that he came with Koohe and has been hanging out with Donk, Sparkle and Soup (our friendly kobold NPCs-that-were-players-that-haven't-been-posting) in the larder up until now.
Koohe looks over her shoulder at the incoming Barbarian wondering if he's the one to administer Ginko's beating or if he fits into the hierarchy somehow before she finds herself in trouble.
Dressed in patched and raggedy traveling clothes, rusty chain-mail that nearly matches his own scales and slouching noticeably, it's hard to tell the newcomer's size at a glance. He's thin, wiry and his bright coppery eyes flick from one person to another, assessing. He's currently leaning on a pick-axe and trying to scratch behind one shoulder, looks up to see faces staring his direction, looks flatly at the nearest one and asks innocently "What?".

Traxx looks at Ginko and is startled by him barking orders at him. He then looks behind Ginko to see new new faces.
"Oh Ginko, You want me to open the door? Sure..."
Traxx casts fire bolt at the door only looking to light it on fire to amuse Ginko and test for any traps: Attack: 19 damage: 6
Speaking to the 2 new comers, Traxx introduces himself: " Don't mind Ginko... he is, well.. high spirited but he is a good and reliable companion. Anyway Hello. I'm Traxx. I am a deep gnome sorcerer who is tagging along to learn about Kobold culture. What are your names? If you are looking for the leader of our group Meepo should be around here somewhere."
The door catches flame! After smoldering for some minutes it falls off its hinges, revealing... An room filled with dirty clothes? It looks like this room served as the goblins' laundry, with a washboard and sudsy bucket in the center of the room. I guess even goblins follow the barest of hygienic practices.
"Good call Moss. Lead the way. Best if we stick together in case something nasty is behind any of these doors."
"Koohe and Yellow Spine is it? Pleasure. The garb you see Ginko wearing is from a skeletal figure we encountered in the room off of the larder. It was watering tree creatures. So these rooms have been one surprise after another. Glad to have you two along."

She responds back to Moss that it looks like a simple lock so should be no trouble. Koohe will approach the Northeastern door quickly to attempt to pick the lock after surveying it for traps. Investigation 15 pick locks 14
She will also smile and give a quick nod to Traxx for helping her with the heirarchy, and shows brief interest in why Ginko would wear this dead skeleton on his person.
Not a problem! You're going to be using your thieves' tools on the door; you have proficiency in thieves' tools so you'll add your proficiency bonus (+2) to your roll. You'll also add your dexterity bonus (+3). So in total it'll be a +5 to your roll.
Searching for traps would be Investigation I think.
Koone doesn't find any obvious traps on the door, and manages to not only unlock the door but do it without breaking the locking mechanism in the process; she removes it and has it as an item that can be affixed to most normal doors if she so desires.
This 20-foot-long corridor leads to another closed door. You don't immediately notice anything special about the room... Or do you?

Because everyone else has a crudely-drawn portrait...
(I just realized that my earlier kobold drawings didn't have tails! What a travesty.)

Since Moss has been a sort of pillar of the community Moss is likely familiar with Koohe and Yellow-Spine and kindly welcomes them.
"Listen, we should check the north eastern door to find out what the cross on the map means."
Moss starts moving over to the door.
"The door is locked with a crude goblin-crafted mechanism. The dragon key obviously isn't the right key for this door.
*** Moss last actions were before the the door caught fire ***
While the door is on fire Moss will try to open the north eastern door.
If it's locked Moss will ask if Kooh can pick it.

Ginko is just going to continue following Traxx and try to whisper to him "Ginko sorry you see way Koohe look at Ginko?"
The northeastern door is locked, so we'll have to see Koohe's attempt with thieves tools, unless you want to force the lock.
Traxx whispers to Ginko "Ginko is pretty cool to me. We're friends. Always remember that"
