When you do the trap door pivots like a lever about it's center, and you hear a faint ringing of a bell at the same time. You can see the pit below is about 10' deep; there doesn't seem to be anything in it at the moment.

Scanning for signs of life then Sleight of hand 15 is used for any valuables so she can look at them quickly before sharing. She is hoping something else long dead has fallen in here. She’s also hoping to identify what caused the bell to ring and disarm it.. stealth 9
Feather fall sounds fun so she’ll volunteer to take a look down there. She express concern about the bell though, we might be expecting company.

On her attack she will throw two daggers (finesse weapons) and move to engage. She doesn’t want him attracting others. She is very proficient in acrobatics and althletics and will use these as appropriate

The goblin is klonked in the back of the head just as he turns tail to run; he is unconscious or dead, you can't tell. He's not moving in any case.
