Koohe finds 7 silver pieces in the deceased goblin's pockets; in addition he had a spear, 6 javelins, chainmail and some sort of lucky charm trinket.
Ginko is now at the bottom of the pit; it is empty except for some dried blood (presumably the goblins would kill whatever fell in the pit with javelins and then drag the bodies out).
Koohe grabs the 7 silver and the lucky charm trinket then looks over the spear, 6 javelins and chainmail to see if they are salvagable. (anything salvagable will be kept if it is not too cumbersome. As she is likely closest to where the goblin came in - she is listening for the others the goblin was speaking to for approach. If this doesn't take her too long, she will secure the door at the end of the hall and head back quietly to see if Ginko is ok.

Traxx attaches one end of rope to a column and lowers the other end down to Ginko so he can climb out.

The bell trigger is a simple string attacked to the trap-door, which rings when the trap-door swings on its lever; the string disappears into a tiny hole in the stone, the bell is presumably in the next room.
*** Would it be best to use the catwalk to get pass this trap door? Or could Ginko leap over it with an acrobatics/athletics check?
You wouldn't hurt yourself badly even if you fell in the pit (it's just 10 feet deep), but yeah the catwalk is probably the safer bet.
Ginko is going to back up to the door get on all fours, of course, and charge and leap over the trap door.
