Brand then levels his sword at Albrek and says to Albrek, "I have the good mind to cut both of your hamstrings so you wont try to run again and that way the pretend hobble you did before will be a permanent thing. Behave yourself."
Whatever Brand finds in Albrek's robes and moccasins he keeps and then places the moccasins onto Albrek's feet.
Brand says to Albrek, "I'm may be fanatical in my belief of Law over Good over Evil and Crime. But I'm not entirely cruel. You can keep your moccasins and if you behave, I may return your robes."
Brand checks the robes to see if they are special in any way.
As Albrek is handcuffed behind his back, Brand slides his left arm between the gap of Albrek's right arm and the side of Albrek's ribs and then places the palm of his left hand on Albrek's shoulder and Brand straightens up and this forces Albrek into a slight 2/3 bowed position. Brand then marches him back through the open door they came in from and into the workshop.
Brand sits Albrek on the floor in the middle of the room. "Cross you legs Sir Albrek and stay there."
Brand then looks around the room to try to understand what Albrek has been doing in his workshop keeping an eye out for hidden things and traps.
Brand spends some time poring over the room, directing the occasional question to Val when something looks particularly 'wizardy'
Iarno has been trying to master the art of brewing potions and concocting alchemical mixtures. The books and notes scattered around the room are basic texts on alchemy. Val can see that Iarno’s apparatus appears to be set up to brew potions of invisibility; from the notes Brand has been reading it would seem he has not succeeded so far.
Among the books is a tome written in Dwarvish. Brand passes it to Val.
It is the journal of an adventurer named Urmon. It describes the history of the Lost Mine of Phandelver and the Forge of Spells. In addition, Urmon records that a magic mace named Lightbringer was commissioned by priests of Lathander, the god of dawn, from the mages working with the gnomes and dwarves of the Phandelver’s Pact. The mace was lost when Wave Echo Cave and its mine vanished from history.
“Cut your hamstrings?” mutters Ol. “Now that’s just ruthless! You could at least have asked him what was in the other room out there before you stuff is mouth!”
Ol looks about waiting in his compatriots. He then says ‘invisibility spells, an old book of local geography, notes on a Lost Mine and disappearing locations. Anyone else putting two and two together here?’
Brand raises an eyebrow and shrugs as he looks at Olanius. "By all means, if you would like to talk to him feel free to remove the gag, but don't blame me if you catch a spell to the face."
"A magic mace called Lightbringer, now that sound like something I can use to spread the Sun God's righteousness." Brand stares at the book in Val's hands in wonder unable to read the dwarvish runes.
Brand walks around behind Albrek within arms length, hand on his sword and stands there. "Well if you want to speak to him, i'll cover you."
Ol walks up to Albrek crouches and whispers in his ear.
”Now see here. My friend there is all about permanently disabling people to bring them to where they’re supposed to be. Personally I don’t really hold with that, and the last time I had to prove we’d earned our fair I just delivered their skin……
Ol moves to look directly into Albrek’s eyes.
”whether they were alive or not when i flayed them I’ll leave to your imagination. But I really do appreciate cooperation, understand? Now if you have something important to tell us you go ahead and tap your foot three times.”

Ol stands, and stores the arrow he’d unconsciously been drawing down the chest of Albrek.
“Right let’s finish exploring this gutter. If the spare here doesn’t cooperate he knows what will happen. The sooner I get this bloody colour off the better.”
He heads back to the door leading out to the bridges and turns left towards the unexplored entrance.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ol steps back and with a look of mischief glances back at his colleagues. He unsheathes an arrow concealing the shaft along the length of his right arm.
With his left arm he knocks on the door, he shouts in a childish voice “Hello! Would anyone like to buy some of my sweet breads?”

he steps aside of the door in case someone decides to send an arrow through the wood and waits a response.
The bugbear doesn't clock Albrek due to Brand's quick thinking.
The bugbear stops Ollanius from closing the door.
"Leave open. Smells too much like goblin in here. May as well let the screams out. Been bouncing round my skull. You can share hearing them, we bugbears are generous like that. Then when screaming stops, one-eye will it time to come out of its pit. Save me getting mind poked in"
Brand then levels his sword at Albrek and says to Albrek, "I have the good mind to cut both of your hamstrings so you wont try to run again and that way the pretend hobble you did before will be a permanent thing. Behave yourself."
Albrek looks forlornly at his robes and moccasins, placed out of his reach, then looks back at Brand and nods
Brand inspects the robes and moccasins to see if there is anything hidden in them.

Brand looks at Albrek, helps him to his feet and after taking hold of Albrek's arm he follows behind Ol.
Ol goes and listens at the door.

Brand facepalms himself and then quickly takes out Albreks robe and puts it on him over the manacles as quick as he can.
The chatter dies down from inside. After a second the door is thrown open and a bugbear is standing on the other side
Behind it, you see two more bugbears. One of them is holding a goblin down with it's foot/paw/pawoot
The bugbear in the doorway looks at you all
"What you want? More of Glasstaff work? Little lapdogs not up to the job?"
Brand caught in the middle of dressing Albrek, attempts to hide Albrek's face with the half on robe as the Bugbear speaks.

Ol. Looks up at the Bugbear, and realising he has Klarg’s rather distinctive weapon over his shoulder. He thinks on his feet.
“I said this was the wrong door you lot! I’m sorry for the interruption, I’ll try the next one. Please carry on.”
and goes to close the door up.

Brand hands him off to Lucius. Brand takes out the bomb and lights it in one motion and walks up to the bug bear.
"Forgive my friend, your kind still makes him nervous."
Brand barges past Ol and tosses the bomb into the room and shuts the door.
