I rolled my first DEATH SAVE and got a Natural 1, so I recorded 2 FAILS. Then I rolled a 12 with DISADVANTAGE for my DEX SAVE vs. fire, so I take the full brunt of the damage, so I recorded my 3rd DEATH SAVE FAILURE, so I think Hargurn is dead.
What’s really sad is that I rolled a NATURAL 20 after that.
@Mikey, with that new information it's back to Morjan. If you want to get the potion of healing off Hardanvil, will only cost the item interaction. And if you see Hardanvil's ghost while you're on the ethereal tell him we miss him. ]]

Agreed it was fair. It's interesting to see how much a few dice rolls can change things. I think Tatts failed every save that round, think he only attacked once or so. :)
