Etriel Darastrix did not expect the Lord of the Waters to even pose like some elves models do for the artists at the Court of the Hill of Living Stars, but she is delighted to see it happen and a slight but sincere smile betrays her enjoyment, while she carries out the work with care and passion.
When at the end the Foreign Traveler shows and stretches out her arms to observe the result with a critical eye from a distance, she declares herself satisfied: "My mother, the esteemed Lady Sellenia Nondalynn, could have done better... but I am pleased all the same with the effect I obtained, considering in an objective way my still not too trained artistic talent".
The image impressed the creature so much that he dives down and returns shortly after bringing three knucklehead trout and depositing them in your boat
"Your kindness is truly worthy of a Lord of the Waters such as yourself!" Etriel Darastrix smiles at the gentle colossus. "However, the best gift will be knowing that you are free to live in peace the life you are building with your choices."
Once the party is alone again, the Eladrin Huntress suggests: "Shall we try to examine the shores in hopes of finding traces of this spiteful druid? This Ravisin? It might be a waste of time, if she, convinced that she has cheated the Lord of the Waters, simply walked away afterwards... But it might be worth a try, before we return to Bremen for a lunch of knucklehead trout? What do you think, my precious travel companions?"
Cirim thinks about how to add to the moment, perhaps an illusion or spell of some sort, but really has nothing to add, except for admiration of how the group, especially Etriel handled the situation. "Watch and learn" she mumbles to her self, a saying she heard a long time ago, and smiles
Danon is amazed and looks at Etriel with awe. “Yes.. m’lady, yes. Let’s search the shoreline and nearby, perhaps someone has heard of this … druid. And it sounds like we need to have a chat.” He punches his fist into his open hand. “Let me get to rowing.”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Neldak will have stowed the notebook away as Etriel sketches the creature. "Lead the way. We'll follow. But if that druid is capable of such power magic, we should be careful."
Encouraged by the consent of her trusted traveling companions, Etriel Darastrix then leads them, as proposed, on an exploration of the surroundings (an exploration that can be completed in a day, so that she can return to Bremen with good news, sleep and eat).
In the absence of any magical aid, the eladrin huntress will simply search for signs of humanoids - preferably a single humanoid - that are not headed to Bremen. Traces or even just signs of bivouac (fire ashes) or of passage (broken branches)...
While Danon skillfully guides the boat towards the shore, the foreign traveler, noticing the amazement in his gaze, smiles and approaches him, returning the gaze and murmuring: "It was a victory achieved thanks to everyone, sweet guest of my soul... You and Lady Cirim have made us sail with confidence. Lord Neldak managed to understand the nature of the spell used on the Lord of the Waters, providing us with the decisive argument to convince him. And I... I only provided us with the right words. I was your voice - but I simply did my part, certainly not everything by myself".
You spend a day travelling and see no recent sign of humanoids. It seems like most people stick to the trails and Ravisin passed a while ago. Lord of the Waters (that name is now official) has swam alongside you as he enjoys conversation, and he also uses his large form to help with ice flows removing the need for checks. If asked about when he was awakened, it has been about 20 sleeps.
The search proves fruitless, but Etriel Darastrix's spirits remain high, considering that the Lord of the Waters has shown himself to enjoy the party's company so much to accompany them!
When the time comes to part ways (for the party is supposed to return to Bremen for the night and to deliver the good news of the waters being safe again) the noble elf bows to the intelligent dinosaur as if she were indeed at court and wishes him: "For now our paths part, Lord of the Waters, but it was a pleasure that they crossed. And the beauty of travel is that it can also cause ancient paths to cross again in the future - so perhaps we will meet again! In the meantime I commend you to Sehanine Moonbow, the benevolent elven goddes of travelers, also known as the Luminous Cloud - may her light preserve you and help you to fully enjoy each day the gifts you have received".
Back in Bremen, the foreign traveler brings the good news that the waters are safe again, recommends not to provoke the dinosaur, if anyone sees it, as it is intelligent and no longer hostile, and reveals that behind the threat was the work of the druid Ravisin, who must have put her machinations into action about 20 days ago. She tries to understand if anyone knows the druid or has news of her.
Danon accompanies Etriel back to Bremen, nodding at all the right places when she tells the tale, interjecting things like “It was big! You should see how it could swim!” and “It brought fish up to us, spat them out on the boat!” at all of the right times, helping (in his way) with the story.

You do not need to look for the scholar. As soon as you dock, Grynsk comes over both to check his boats are in no worse condition, and also to see if you have any fish for him to buy at the agreed rate of 5cp per fish.
And hot on his heels is Tali. Tali gives the party a spell scroll of animal friendship and a pouch containing 5 gp as thanks, then heads toward Buried Treasures to pore over your notes. You can hear Tali mumble the words “interesting,” “fascinating,” and “remarkable” in Elvish as they walk away.
In total, you were on the lake for 4 hours just for planning your journey.
"If no one else can use it," Etriel Darastrix notifies "I can. It might be useful, should we encounter animals less intelligent than Lord of the Waters in the future."
"But if anyone else finds it useful," the foreign traveler smiles, "I'll gladly let them have it. I have plenty of resources at my disposal already".
“You should keep it. You had quite a way with the creature. And those bears with the sled. Where should we go now, m’lady?” Danon eyes the shoreline for the dwarf that they first encountered, ready to rub their success in.

Etriel Darastrix smiles at Danon, as she puts the scroll in her backpack: "Okay, sweet guest of my soul. I'll keep it for now; and if someone later changes their mind and thinks it could be more useful, ask me."
The foreign traveler then ponders the next steps: "Fortunately, the encounter with the Lord of the Waters has not exhausted us... If there are no further 'problems' in this village worthy of our attention, after a moment's breath we could continue our journey. We still have a pirate ship waiting for us... sooner or later."
"Since we're headed out, should we look into some transportation? I'm fine walking but if we can travel distances quickly it might be good to look into." Neldak says to the others and would inquire around the town if others are in favor.

"That was the most exciting fishing trip that I've been on. How about you guys? Who wants that spell scroll, I don't do much with animals."

(Grynsk is the dwarf you met earlier. So he found you just before you got the scroll)
Also, as a reminder, this is the last town on your way to the ship. You will be travelling in the wilderness from here on out.
