The southern door pushes open easily. This circular chamber has an intricately carved, domed ceiling twenty feet high. A beam of light shines down from the top of the dome, illuminating a rectangular stone sarcophagus. The room is otherwise empty
Etriel Darastrix approaches the sarcophagus, fearful of a threat... perhaps from some undead... but also curious... because it might be the tomb of some great elf from the past...
The foreign traveler begins by slowly circling the sarcophagus, examining it closely and from every angle, murmuring: "A place ruled by the Moonlit Mystery should not harbor evil... oh, reverend Sehanine Moonbow, is there perhaps one of your true followers resting here?"
There is no significant markings on the sarcophagus. The lid looks like it could be pushed off if you wish, though it's heavy (about 350lbs) so will take multiple of you.
Etriel Darastrix notices that the lid looks like it could be pushed off without damaging anything... 'It's heavy, I couldn't do it alone...' her green eyes immediately turn with relief to her fellow travelers 'But fortunately, I'm not alone!'
"Could you help me remove the lid, my trusted journey-brothers?" the eladrin huntress asks, forcing her tone to be calm and courteous despite the excitement that makes her voice tremble slightly. "I think we should find out who rests here... Perhaps that will reveal something more about the mysteries of this enchanted refuge."
Danon helps as well, getting into bench pressing position. He steps outside before he begins to lift and you hear a loud *ahem* and a strange sound, that he disguises with his voice. He comes back in with face blushing, ready to lift and strain.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Etriel Darastrix doesn't attract attention, but she finds the time to discreetly mask with magic any clues (whether audible or... otherwise) concerning the minor inconvenience.
Inside the sarcophagus is the withered corpse of an elf in tattered robes. As the sarcophagus is opened, the rush of air disturbs the cadaver’s robes, which have mostly crumbled to dust. The sarcophagus also contains the following items:
An unstrung bow, Six silvered arrowheads, A wooden cup with a winged fish etched into the side
There is no further information on the identify of the corpse, but they do look like they were important in some way.
Etriel Daratsrix's green eyes dart curiously to this or that detail, searching for clues to the ancient elf's identity.
"There is no further information on the identity of the corpse," the foreign traveler is forced to conclude "but they do look like they were important in some way."
Danon looks away and blushes, then breaks into a grin. He helps to lift the lid off, then peers inside. “Whoa, who is this?” He watches Etriel begin to cast and waits, not wanting to disturb what she is doing. “I wonder if the spirit of this ancient elf is still haunting this place..”

No magic within the sarcophagus. The beam of light from the dome is magical (which is obvious as the ceiling is solid), and when you leave the room, you see the elven statues radiate abjuration magic.
"I hope not, sweet guest of my soul..." Etriel Darastrix responds to Danon's hypothesis. "This place is so beautiful and magical... It would seem like a wonderful place to find peace, not torment..."
"Although I admit," the foreign traveler sighs "finding the Ravisin-corrupted white moose here demonstrates that even wonderful places can be tainted by evil. Let's hope we can cleanse that taint."
The eladrin huntress decides that the possessions buried with the deceased rightfully belong to the deceased and leaves them where they are. She would take them if she discovered the elf was unworthy—but the only thing she knows about him is that he was buried in this place... Someone accorded such great honor, she hopes, should not be unworthy.
Etriel Darastrix is therefore ready to leave this room and repeat the operation with the other door. If none of the other traveling companions have anything else to do here, she leads everyone to the other door and, as she did with this one, tries to open it, calmly and... stealthily.
This circular chamber also has an intricately carved domed ceiling twenty feet high. Another beam of light shines down from the top of the dome, illuminating a similar looking rectangular stone sarcophagus. Someone has turned this tomb into living quarters, as evidenced by a rack of drying herbs and an unfurled bedroll behind the sarcophagus. There is also the contents of a herbalism kit across the sarcophagus.
Etriel Darastrix frowns: this should have been the resting place of an elf no less worthy and noble than the one in the other chamber... but apparently someone has decided to make it a mere camp site.
Herbs... Herbalism Kit... A thought... "Perhaps this is Ravisin's current base of operations," the foreign traveler murmurs. "Her, or of or one of her apprentices." She examines the room for any other personal effects of the last occupant.
If she finds none, the eladrin huntress turns to her companions again: "Since the opening is timed, the new owner of the room should return soon. Let's examine this sarcophagus as we did with the other, then hide and see who it is who returns here."
[[ OOC: readi to move the lid, as soon as there is enough help... ]]
Unfortunately, your stated actions can't quite be carried out in their entirety. For as you enter the room to investigate further, you suddenly see someone jump onto the sarcophagus from where they were hiding behind it, shouting out “Ten-Towns will be destroyed—if not by my hand, then by the Frostmaiden’s!”

Neldak will move to help Etriel with the lid.

The eladrin huntress then almost instinctively draws on her inherited elven magic to open herself to the perception of other magic within the environment...

Neldak will follow Etriel to the north door. "An interesting place this."
Cirim is ready for the next room also.
Concentration check: 5 (hex was wasted).
As the bear runs away, Alaric takes a desparate swing at it, 22 to hit (at dis) for 8 points of psychic damage.
He then, finding himself unable to move closer, fires an eldritch blast, getting another nat 1.
