Kess and Amelia, I need a d100 roll (speed tie)

Initiative: Izek, Garrick, Amelia, Kessintra, Skipper, Guards, Chipper, Zan

You see as Izek hands one of the guards a letter and whispers something in his ear. He starts to walk in the opposite direction. (No dash)

Garrick's turn.

Garrick is immediately suspicious of the letter.

I use mage hand to snatch the letter from the guard and with BA command Striker to grapple Izek (athletics 14)

If grapple succeeds, drag remainder of movement (halved due to dragging) into the alley.

edit note: Striker has 40ft of movement

Izek Athletics: 22, success

The guards are surprised at the mage hand. The hand snatches the letter and brings it to you. The letter reads: 

"Dear Blinsky,

I'm afraid I have to inform you that I no longer need your services. I have a better alternative now. Discard the rest. 

From, Izek"

Amelia's turn

Never mind, saw the save roll. 

Amelia will cast Command to compel Izek to move within 5 feet of her, setting him up for Zan to flank from the opposite side.

If Izek attacks her, Amelia will use Warding Flare (Reaction)to impose Disadvantage on one of his attacks.

OOC: I suddenly recall that Amelia doesn't have any melee weapon!

You speak a one-word command to a creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or follow the command on its next turn. The spell has no effect if the target is undead, if it doesn't understand your language, or if your command is directly harmful to it.

Approach. The target moves toward you by the shortest and most direct route, ending its turn if it moves within 5 feet of you.

Wis save: 14, close but success

Kessintra's turn

Kessintra will exit her hiding place near the two guards, staring them down coldly. "Go home. No one will punish you. The Baron and his devil fall today." ((Persuasion 14 or Intimidation 9 -.-, not sure what this qualifies as since she's being honest))

BA: Assuming this takes her action, she will then use cunning action disengage to move further from Izek while staying in range to use her longbow.

"O-ok. Just get that letter to Blinsky."

Skipper's turn. Unless Skipper does something drastic, the guards will dash in the direction Izek is running, then it's Chipper's turn.

OCC is Izek running away from us now? The post above he handed the letter to a guard then turned to walk away in the opposite direction. Then Striker attacked him with a grapple attempt. Amelia targeted him with a spell and Kessintra came out of hiding to address the two guards near him. 

I'm using 'run' loosely. He's technically walking away, so he only moved his speed of 30 ft., but he is trying to get away from you.

Skipper flies in the same direction as the guards/Izek, trying,to blend in behind trees and over roofs.

Stealth: 19

Chipper sees the enemy in retreat, resisting the grapples and spells of the rest. Hoping to stop them from getting away he leaps from the rooftop, the membranes on his arms opening up as he glides down, and gets in range to pull out a cobweb from the church. Chanting a gesturing, a spray of web appears layered at their feet.

Reaction: Hadozee glide

Movement: want to end 40ft from guards/Izek.

Action: web SAVE DC 14

Izek rolled a 19 on the save.... Then I realized I made a strength save instead of a DEX save. 

Izek's actual save: 5 Nope it's 4. The 5 was a CON check.

He's restrained, Zan's turn.

Zan, moving if needed, will cast bless targeting Garrick, Kess and himself. If he has to move into the street then he'll throw open his cloak revealing the holy symbol covering his chest and draw the long sword.

Izek will actually make a strength save now: 9

Izek can't do anything, Garrick's turn.

Seeing Izek restrained, Garrick and Striker move in for the attack. Garrick stabs with the borrowed dagger and then commands Striker to attack. (Adv due to restrained)

Dagger (20, 13) 20 +4(bless) = 24 for 7dmg
Striker (19, 22) for 9 dmg

Both hit, Amelia's turn.
