Thankfully Kessintra's hiding spot behind the pews shields her eyes from Amelia's radiant blast to an extent. It is a relief the cleric's diety still works here, she supposes.
Kessintra WIS Save: 14 with advantage -.-
(If she still gets her turn), Kessintra will loose an arrow at the dire wolf, hoping to finish it off. She will also try using Wails of the Grave on the leader wolf, since she is jealous that Chipper and Amelia were able to damage it.
Action: Longbow to hit on dire wolf 21, damage 11 + 6 sneak attack
Bonus action: (This actually doesn't even cost a bonus action, nice) Wails of the Grave on leader wolf for 6 necrotic damage
You are charmed. You regard Strahd as a trusted friend to be heeded and protected. You take Strahd’s requests and are a willing target for Strahd's bite. I'll tell you if and when you can reroll.
The dire wolf next to Chipper dies. The leader wolf seems genuinely hurt, but not by too much. Still, it's progress. Zan's turn.

I exist sometimes, especially when I'm DMing Curse of Strahd.
Zan stares down the leader wolf, calls upon the Lord of the Dead as white light streaks from his hand, casting Guiding Bolt attack roll 1+6=7 for 18 damage. ((welp that didn't go as planned))
Just then, the wolf seems to shift in appearance. The changes become more and more distinct, until you see a pale man apparently in his forties. His jet-black hair is kept swept back from his face, resulting in a prominent brown and widow’s peak. His dark red eyes have an intensity that can make even the strongest man nervous. He is dressed in exquisite finery, albeit in a somewhat outdated style, though his only adornments are a tasteful ruby-and-gold necklace and a gold signet ring. His physique is lean but muscular, and he can be noted for his height—well over six feet. You also notice his fangs and lack of a shadow.
Ireena is enraged at the man, yelling, "Leave, Devil! You can't get in here without an invite." The man, who you now recognize as Strahd, smirks. "Kessintra." His word hangs in the air. "Invite me in."
(This is all on his turn, he just needs his invite.)

Under the influence of Strahd’s charm, Kessintra felt her heartbeat slow, the tension in her body fading away as if melted by the warmth of his presence. The world seemed to narrow, her focus entirely on him. The transformation from wolf to man might have startled her once, but now she only saw him, her most trusted friend.
She hesitated only for a heartbeat. There was a distant part of her—a flicker in the depths of her soul—that screamed in warning, that clawed at her to resist. But it was drowned beneath the power of his charm, the magnetic pull that compelled her to obey.
Her voice was soft, dreamlike. “Come in,” she said, her words carrying a note of reverence, as though granting a precious gift. “You are welcome here.”
For a moment, Amelia wonders if the drow has betrayed them. But then she notices Kessintra’s glazed expression, realizing she’s under the vampire’s enchantment.
Amelia grips her amulet tightly, knowing she could have broken the charm—but it’s too late now. Raising her voice, she glares at the dark prince with fierce determination.
“Come no closer, creature of darkness! Or my power will sear that pompous face of yours!”
As Strahd stepped into the church, the haze that clouded Kessintra’s mind lifted. The realization of what she had done crashed over her like a wave, leaving her momentarily breathless. She had let him in. She had allowed the devil to cross the threshold meant to protect Ireena. The horror in her eyes turned to cold fury and resolve in an instant as she kept her gaze on Strahd.
Garrick stares at Kess in disbelief, has she been working with Strahd this whole time? But as soon as Strahd enters, he see's Kessintra's features sharpen and realize an enchantment was placed on her. Looking back at Strahd, Garrick tightens his resolve. This will be a tough one, he thinks. Eva didn't mention we would be encountering him before we visited the other places in her prophecy.
Garrick uses his BA to command Striker to help Amelia (triggering her held action) and uses his A to cast catapult using the broken wood around him as ammunition (makeshift wooden stake shrapnel!). -- Dex save 14 -- 13 pts of dmg + whatever flavor the wood ammo causes.
He then moves to stand directly in front of Ireena since Kess' disguise clearly had no impact.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

"Calm down. I'm only here to pay a visit." His gaze moves to Kessintra. "As for that costume.... There was another look alike to my beloved. Naturally alike, unlike your situation. She's lucky the castle needed a maid. Otherwise she'd be more dead than she is."
Strahd uses a Legendary action to move right next to Ireena without provoking opportunity attacks. Kessintra's turn.

So, Kess starts with a random silver coin from her background. Could she roll sleight of hand to like shove it into his wound as she stabs him (if she hits with melee)?

The first one hits, and the second misses. Kessintra's turn.

Of course Amelia spends her half movement to stand up!
Also she will prepare Warding Flare to impose Disadvantage on the next attack roll against her.

The bolt flies right past the wolf. Ireena and Ismirk's turns. They are both going to attack the last Dire Wolf.
Ireena: Attack: 13 Damage: 5
Ismirk:
Longsword: Attack: 14 Damage: 6, Attack: 17 Damage: 4
Shortsword: Attack: 20 Damage: 5

Ireena's attack misses (poor Ireena. I don't *think* she's hit yet.) and Ismirk's final strike kills it. Chipper's turn and just the leader left.
Edit: She hasn't hit yet.

Watching as Zan’s blast misses. Amelia turns to Garrick, calling for assistance.
“Garrick, have your metal snake create a diversion! I’ll strike it down with my lord’s holy power once it’s distracted!”
Ready Action: Wait for the Steel Defender’s help action, then cast Guiding Bolt at the leader wolf.
