(Lirvar)There is no alchemy store but there is a hermal medicine store and a blacksmith. (they might have the ingredients)

(Lirvar) You walk into the herbal store, a half elf male is restocking the shelves, as before, no customers.

(Lirvar)  Yes, i have healroot, 2 silver per, 5 if you want it crushed.

"How much do you have available?"

(Lirvar) I've got five ready for harvesting, I keep them fresh in the back of my shop. If you want them crushed it should only take a few minutes for me to crush them for you.

"I'll give you 2 gold for the lot, crushed please."

(Lirvar) The blacksmith makes custom or normal armor/weapons. But he could also sell you metal, and black powder.
