Silvosh is able to get an excellent view of the course from where she is, seeing as you're all on one of the higher courses, only a few feet away from the woods that line the upper half of the valley. She can see that most groups are just getting on with the games, whilst some others seem a bit more idle and are simply taking this day trip as an opportunity to get fresh air and chat, but either way there seems to be no one missing from any of the groups. She can't see anything that looks particularly suspicious, though a few residents are looking up at the group every so often. From a distance she can't tell if they're watching them maliciously, or if they're still just fascinated by the party's presence, but she's pretty confident that it's just paranoia that's influencing her read on the surroundings, and in reality it's much more likely that it's just latter occurring. Still, she mentally makes a note of all the curious resident's faces in case any of them become suspects later.
Abishai is indeed the first to putt his ball into the hole, and with its descent slowed by the magical effect produced by striking it, he gets to watch the ball roll towards the hole in slow-mo, a perfectly nail-biting way to mark him getting first place. He can now join Silvosh in scanning the course for mischief on subsequent turns.
Wendell is up! I've been made aware through other campaigns that Swiftgale is busy at the moment so I'll leave his turn open to take for a few days if they ever have the chance, if not I'll bot it later on.
Initiative Abishai: 15 (Can scan the courses for strange activity) Wendell: 13 (Disadvantage on Athletics) Abathax: 13 (Misses a turn due to being asleep) Klapton: 11 Silvosh: 11 (Out but can scan the courses for strange activity)
Abathax misses all the excitement of the first ball going in as he is sound asleep.

When the ball finally lands in the hole, Abishai throws his fist in the air (Tiger Woods Style) and says, "Yes!" He hadn't been that excited for the game of beholder golf, but now that he was playing, he wanted nothing more than to win. He looks at Silvosh as she congratulates him. "Thanks!"
He then steps to the side to allow Wendell room to play while observing the people nearby watching. (Perception: 13)
Wendell finally manages to get a strong hit, even with the terrain (15 athletics). Unfortunately he is so distracted by Abishai getting the ball in that his shot goes wide (perception 8).
The ball then starts to repel other balls (Fear - 3 on the d10)
Wendell manages to hit his ball up into line with the hole on the green, meaning he just has to succeed in putting it in now (no further Athletics checks when you're on the green) Abathax is still fast asleep though all this, and wakes just as Klapton goes to putt his ball in (it's an almost guaranteed shot but still: Perception: 14, d8: 4)
As expected, Klapton gets the ball in, and even gets a slow-mo effect just like Abishai did. Speaking of which, Abishai and Silvosh can both now search the courses before Wendell takes his next shot. [If Wendell gets it in next turn, the game ends as there's no point having just Abathax play to get it in, we can just say he eventually did instead of rolling for it each time]

Wendell manages to get his ball closer (perception 14) but not quite in. He really needs more golf practice. The ball sends off a telekinetic wave when landing but affects nothing

(I am aware everyone gets their chance to look around before Wendell's next turn, but rolled now for speed. And if it ends depends on when the effects take place). Wendell finally gets a shot on target (perception 15). But the ball either freezes in place before moving, or once reaching the hole. (Paralysis. Until the end of its next turn, this Beholder Golf Ball remains frozen in place and cannot be moved by any means, similar to the effects of an immovable rod.)

Wendell does just manage to pot his ball before Abathax, bringing the game to a close, and as the rest of the party was looking about, they also notice other players were starting to reach the end of their games too, meaning a lot more movement across the pitches overall, so more activity to keep track of. Silvosh catches that a pink tiefling, who seems to match the description of the suspect Tathalita Abishai described, is having an argument with Mr Lumens. You can tell she's annoyed about something, and he's trying to calm her down or console her about it, but of course from this distance you can't hear or lip read exactly what it's about, just go off gestures and vague expressions. You have a few moments to share thoughts and findings before we move into the next game!
Wendell will try and discreetly get his raven to get closer while he looks and listens through its senses to see if he can hear what the argument is on.
Wendell flies his raven towards the argument, and as the bird briefly flutters over, he overhears that Tathalita is complaining about the use of Beholder Golf Balls, whilst Mr Lumens tries to explain their lack of sentience to her. She still seems quite upset even after this explanation though, even going as far as to call him a 'heartless monster', which seems to sadden him deeply.

14 for Perception, 5 for Athletics, d10=6; I think its save to assume Wendell's pot's the ball before Abathax does^^
