OOC: Thanks!  This is a nice Item. I'm torn though. Galorash got the kill, so he kinda deserves the Item. But on the other hand, I'm the only one who can utilize it fully due to it being an arcane focus. 

OOC he's only interested because his flaw is a strong desire for anything with protections, charms trinkets.  you'll see 20+ all over his person like a lucky charm boy scout.
