I whisper back, "Look it might not look like it, but I got a stake in this too, es-pecially if it's about the plague." I show a little bit under one of my sleeves to show a black stain moving along my skin as if it was one, "Do you think this is caused by natural things? Do you think this was caused by me just going to a tattoo artist? No. If possible let's work together, don't push people away who can help. I'll leave for now so people don't get suspicious but...remember what I said, okay? *cough cough* anyyywho that's why I don't drink water Hahahaha!...Another! *slams an [Minor Illusion] cup on the ground [not real cup]* "
The dwarf looks at you all, bickering amongst each other, and sits there confused but excited, definitely entertained by this fight. Eventually, he sighs. "I'm done listening to this. I'll go outside and wait while you all figure it out."
You exit the building, standing now on a damp cobblestone street. Weeds and vines poke up through the stones, emphasizing the importance of nature in this place. The dwarf stands in the middle of the road, waiting. "There have been riots. People fighting us, because we believe the Plague should be fought. We lost twenty-one brothers last month. And finally, they elected a new leader-- the honorable" and here he spits on the ground, his voice with a bitter tinge, "Lord Dominic Rasputin, the third Rasputin to take the throne. He believes we should sit quiet here and let things play out. We think otherwise."
He sits down there for a moment, pondering the issue, body shaking heavily with heavy breaths like he's had a near-death experience. Eventually, he turns back to you, calmed. "And are you a group who will come and help us? You fight quite a bit for those who are friends."
"Ah, Friends can be rough with each other. My friend over here was just trying to protect me! He's so nice, but I don't need that protection!...I just want to help and I think we could settle our differences to do so. Right, friend?"

[OoC: What's so funny??? I'm just talking to my friend! (lol) btw separate from this I have a passive investigation of 16.]
He looks up at you slowly, braver than he was before. "You all are my last hope. Let's see what we can do. Come with me!" He walks off, down the dark, desolate street.
You continue this game of follow-the-leader for a while, turning down streets, until you come to a damp alley, dripping clothes hung above on wires. The dwarf stops here and begins to look around, then waves you forward, moving slower now.
"We have to keep this secrecy because we aren't exactly friends with the law."
You see evidence of this, with plenty of posters tacked up, "WANTED", with a picture below. They are wet, but you see multiple that could be the dwarf leading you right now. Eventually, the dwarf comes to a stop at a place in the stone walls, that appears just like normal- a few scattered bricks still poking out long after the building's creation, darker gray from the wet. He knocks on the wall, a seemingly rote pattern for him. The wall swings open, revealing a door down into a dark staircase.
I don't immediately come over, but take a stand near Andrey and watch the other customers in the bar.

Sergey follows them outside, keeping silent to avoid further arguments.
"It's hopeless. We can't win-maybe they're right. Especially with what's awoken." He sits on the edge of the road, putting his face in his hands.
