Before I act, I'd like us to implement something I've seen in other games. At the end of your post, write "Status" and then your current hit points, hit point maximum, and any conditions you might have. This helps support characters know if they need to heal you or cast lesser restoration on you. ie.
Misty shoots at the zombie and strikes it, but it keeps moving as it rambles around the Trebuchet toward Phorus and Misty.
The skeletons approach the ladder and start to climb, Sk2 is halfway up the ladder.
You also hear another two launches of a catapult, and out of the darkness flies two bags which land on the walkways. The bag begins to squirm and something begins to appear.
Phorus steps away from the Trebuchet, leaping up on to his handy flying carpet. Clicking his heels together, he plays a simple tune on his lyre. "Storm of thunder, show your might. Shatter all within my sight." 10 ft. radius sphere should be able to target all 3 skeletons and ladder.
DC 15 Con save against 22 Thunder damage. Cast at 3rd level. Phorus Status: 48/48. Kronk, Move a little closer to me this turn, and next round, I'll try and get you cured wounds.
Kronk advances to the swarm of crawling claws on his side and swings his scimitar Atk: Natural 20 (27) Dmg: 14 Slashing. Kronk uses Unwavering Mark. The swarm of crawling claws has disadantage on attack rolls. His second attack with scimitar is: Atk: 22 Dmg: 8.
Mistymutters under her breath, "We're not getting anywhere. They just keep coming." Thinking it's time for a change in strategy, she turns her crossbow towards the sounds of catapults. With her branded hand she touches the loaded bolt, closes her eyes, and says, "Luminus!" The bolt begins to shine a bright light, casting shadows as she steadies her aim. She glances over at Kronk and whispers, "Renew." (bonus action; 2d4+3 hp to Kronk)
Phorus casts shatter against the three skeletons. Two shatter instantly while the one at the foot of the ladder takes heavy damage but continues its climb.
As the claws emerge form the bag Kronk slices them twice doing significant damage to the swarm.
Misty lets loose a light empowered bolt which illumins the catapult just as they launch another bag which lands also on the walkway.
SK3 climbs the ladder and upon reaching the top takes aim at Phorus.
The claws (Claws 2) from the west bag emerge and begin moving towards Misty and Phorus.
the swarm of Claws (1) strike out at Kronk; 11 to hit with 12 damage
Phorus jumps off the carpet, leaving it with Misty, and shouts, "Get up, get away, these guys don't want to play!" and dances forward, firing off a deft kick at Zombie 1. 15 to hit for 7 bludgeoning damage. If Misty gets on the carpet, Phorus will direct it to fly straight up 20 feet and hover, hopefully keeping Misty out of harm's way.
Phorus Status: 48/48
[Note: Misty and Kronk have Bardic Inspiration, I gave it to them several rounds ago.]
Kronk has successfully pulled up the ladder.
Misty fires and hits Z1 (re-numbered the Zombies)
Kronk moves to face the approaching zombie (Z2) and hits it, but its undead strength is enough to keep it from being shoved.
* Phorus - You can take a nother shot on this turn if you want.

The skeletons on the ground move forward towards the wall. They adjust course as the east ladder has been removed for them.
The Z1 advances and starts to move around the trebuchet.
Z2 will attack Kronk 16 to hit for 8 damage
