I acted a while ago but it didn't post successfull, sorry for the delay. Now I don't remember what I did, would it be alright if I just took a new action?
Phorus leaps on his flying carpet, clicking his heels together. He flies forward until he is about 20 feet from the glowing ogre zombie. His eyes begin to glow as he strums his instrument, creating a soothing and mesmerizing sound. "Take both that ladder and your friend's ladder and destroy them!" He sings, his voice bright and powerful. Then, continuing his song, but changing his target, he sings, "Remember what we fight for, friend!"

Using his action, he will cast shatter, centered on skeleton G, hitting skeleton G, E, and D, Ogre Zombie A, and the ladder. DC 15 CON save against 12 Thunder damage. Assuming the ladder is against the wall, it also takes damage. He then uses a bonus action to grant Kronk a Bardic Inspiration die and make an unarmed strike. (12 to hit, 7 bludgeoning damage) he clicks his heels together. "Hey there, ugly. I'm talking to you."
Kronk drops his bow and grabs the readied pike which he uses for a two handed push to push the skeleton off the wall. ATK: 14 DMG: 9 pushes skeleton back 5 feet.
Misty points the branded bolt on her palm towards the threat before her, lowers her head, and prays, "Please, hear me as I call out for your help! Blast my enemies and make them fear your power as you shatter them!"
The spell erupts from a point centered on Ogre Zombie B and rings out to all other targets.

(Since the ladder is not being worn or carried, just held against the structure, does it take damage as well per spell description?)
Phorus zooms across the front of the fortress and brings down a blasts of shattering sound on the horde to the right. The ladder takes some damage but holds under the lightweight skeletons. Stone chips also go flying to the side. (Ladder failed)
As the skeleton tops the wall it is met by Kronk with his pike which stabs at the creature sending it flying. Luckly (for it) it gabs hold of the Ogre on the way down.
Misty moves up to the wall and through answered prayers a loud sound can be heard below as the horde to the left cries out in pain. Two of the skeletons drop from the blast. Ladder (saved) looks only slightly damaged.
Horde's turn Skeleton's continue to advance up the ladder. Skeleton C and G make it to the top. Only G can take a swing at Kronc. 23 to hit with 8 damage.
Mistysuddenly hears a dissonant whisper in her head, instructing her on what she must do next. As she turns the branded bolt towards her enemies she speaks a prayer to Turn Undead,
"O Radiant Light, hear my cry, Cast forth the darkness, make it fly. By your grace and holy might, I stand against this cursed blight.
Unholy ones, I speak your doom— Be gone! Return to your tomb! Let the light of life consume Your twisted forms in endless gloom.
By the power of the sacred flame, I call upon your righteous name. Depart from this place, foul wretches of night, And may you never return to blight"
(Undead within 30 feet DC14 Wis saving throw; at 5th level a 1/2 cr or lower creature is instantly destroyed if it fails)
Phorus flies down to skeleton F and gracefully cocks back an arm, dancing forward and punching it in the face. [Unarmed strike: 25 to hit for 12 bludgeoning damage.]
As the skeleton reaches the top of the ladder it is met by Kronk and his maul. As the maul comes down on the creature it's already hurt frame cannot stand up to the force and breaks into pieces and falls away.
The skeleton that had fallen onto the Ogre begins to get up and prepare to climb back up the ladder but is met by Phorus and his powerful punch. It is too much and this skeleton also falls.
Misty raises her hands and with an elegant prayer attempts to cast the undead from the area. Unfortunately, the creatures were made from strong magic (all passed their saving throws) and continue their attacks.
Skeleton C walks up to Misty and attacks with its sword (22 to hit for 7 damage). Ogre Zombie B starts to climb up the ladder.
Skeleton E attacks Kronk with its sword (7 to hit for 4 damage). Skeleton D starts to climb up the ladder.

Horde's turn
Orge Zombies A and B move forward and hold their ladders to the building. The skeletons begin to bunch up around the ladder and some have climbed up.
Skeleton F will strike out at Kronk (15 to hit with 7 damage from a shortsword)
None of the other horde are able to make an attack.
