Arista stands by and let the others decide what to do with the goblin. She would let him go and bring the message but she expects him to return, and with friends.

Yes, sorry I forgot to include that. I'm pretty lenient about interrupted long rests.

Before they slept after the goblins' ambush, he had spent some time pulling the corpses of the fallen together and hiding them as best he could under loose branches and leaves. It was not a proper burial, but the best he could offer his foes with the time he had.
Now Brekka greets the wet, miserable morning with an indefatigable positivity. The drizzling rain doesn't stop him from completing his morning routine of a handful stretches to limber up his muscles and a circuit of exercises to prepare him for the day ahead. He finishes with a hearty breakfast as they break down their camp from the prior night.
"We should move as quickly as we can in case the goblin returns with his entire clan. We will make good time; this rain and mud will be but a nuisance," he says, downplaying just how much of an obstacle the inclement weather might be.
He searches the nearby trees for some thicker fallen branches.
"If the cart gets bogged in the muck, we could use some branches to leverage it out."
Kaelen stands near the remnants of their fire, his hood drawn up against the persistent drizzle, cloak already heavy with damp. He watches Brekka’s energetic routine in silence, his own morning tasks completed with quiet efficiency.
As Brekka gathers branches, Kaelen nods in agreement, his voice low and steady. “A wise precaution.” He glances down the road, then back to the others. “If we’re lucky, the storm will wash away our tracks. If not…” His eyes narrow slightly. “We’ll be ready.”
Mathias mutters a brief incantation and moments later a small bunch of berries are in his hand. "Each of you take one of these. If you eat it sometime during the day, we will not have to stop for a mid-day meal along the way. It will also mend a few minor cuts and scrapes you have when you eat it, so take that into account for your timing."
[[Using free casting of Goodberry. 10 berries are created.]]
Before Brekka dragged the bodies aside, Arista knelt by each fallen goblin—lingering longest over the swaggering boss—stripping away anything still serviceable. She bundled the loot for the party, murmuring a curt thanks to the dead foe for what use they could still offer.
At dawn’s cold drizzle she accepts Mathias’s conjured berry with a nod, tucks it into a belt pouch for the moment true fatigue sets in, and sets to work alongside Brekka—bracing wheels, wedging branches, and lending her broad shoulders when the cart bogs. Rain and sucking mud are just another mountain pass to slog through; setbacks are expected, and grit is something she has in plenty.
Asariel will also take a good berry "One little berry, good as a feast. Keeps you fed and pain’s released! he then will walk alongside the cart. Not getting too involved with helping, but if explicitly asked he would do something. He is mostly keeping an eye out for threats (especially goblins). Perception: 21
The second day's journey goes a lot slower, given the rain. I'd like a volunteer for a single survival check for the morning. I would also like to know if you are skipping lunch as suggested due to goodberries.
Asariel's perception check will depend on the survival check.

The morning goes well for being wet and rainy, Kaelen finds a relatively dry path up on a ridge, and Asariel sees an unusual slope which after you avoid, sloughs down a hill in a mudslide.
The weather opens up in the afternoon, the path is better preserved here, so you are making good time.
I'd like perception checks. Everyone can make them, it will just determine how far off you see a feature.

Asariel looks back at the others, happy to let the goblin go but wanting to make sure no one else had anything to add first
After joining more my signature got out of hand so I am now a proud member of the extended signature club!! :)
Brekka nods, also willing to let them go.
Kaelen shrugs, already recording the outcome of the confrontation in his book.

The goblin turns and runs.
The rest of the night passes uneventfully. You made good progress, and you feel you are on target to reach the keep in 3 more days.
You awaken to a drizzle which quickly turns into strong thunderstorms with moderately strong winds.
Mud will definitely slow your travel some, and visibility in the rain is definitely reduced.
