"Haha I do love me some pudding!"Torunn says with a smile. "Lets get out of here and track down this first segment. I trust my workshop will be as it was before your chaotic spell by the time I am back?" He says to Alustriel.
He then turns to the creation standing next to him, presses a few segments on the torso and mutters something under his breath. With a hiss of air, the torso opens up, revealing a seat and an assortment of buttons and levers. He climbs inside and the torso closes back down, and appears to go translucent revealing the dwarf with a develish grin who starts to test the suits mobility and as it starts to move, it looks like someone limbering up and doing stretches.
Bowing slightly and touching the spot on his vest under which the silver harp broach lies, Corwyn says, “I am in, of course, though if we are leaving forthwith into danger, I will need to put my armor on.”
He disappears once more to change fully into his war kit.

Corwyn reappears in then room fully dressed as the rest of the party get their equipment together as Alustriel readies the portal to take the party to the Underdark. Tasha looks over at Paul whom simply nods and picks up his axe before calling out and calls out "c'mon Babe we've got work to do!"He walks towards the portal - with large blue Ox following docilely along behind - whistling a very jaunty tune that Lucas is sure he has heard somewhere before possibly in a past life.
The party emerge from the portal into what seems to be an unlit abandoned corridor.
"Eh, t'is what it is~"Lucas said while jotting something down, as he'd at some point whipped out a small notebook with a weathered, leather cover. He pauses partway through a sentence, having somehow spied out of maybe the corner of eye Torunn's jumping into his suit. "Heh! Well alright then. Looks like we got retro ironman over here. Or should it be counted as mobile suit gundam? Hmn, well, either way-..." The book is quickly closed, and after slipping it away into his backpack, Lucas made his way into the portal with a thoughtful look on his face as side-eyed Paul for a time.
"Oh, I, er, uhm... Yeah, no, uhh... I mean... eh, sure. Knock yerself out there Cory. It'll attract some attention our way eventually, but better that than most of us blundering around in the dark."Admitted the mage. "And 'fore we continue further, uhh, let me, ehhh... Give folk a bit more pep in their step." Lucas proceeded to pull out a strip of white cloth, and after wrapping it around a hand, began singing a little song about "Still standing" or some such. Yet something about the words resonated with Babe and Passoveloce, filling them up with a renewed sense of vigor. "There, that aughta do it. Question now is, uhh, who's planning to take point in this little foray? I-I'd volunteer, but, uhh.. it'a be best if I just follow along fer now, savy?"
-Casting 6th level Aid on Lucas, Babe, and Passoveloce, increasing Max HP by 25 and healing the same amount.
Drawing his slightly curved and wickedly sharp two-handed blade, Corwyn wills it into flame, casting flickering reddish light into the tunnel for a fair bit of illumination (bright light 40 feet plus dim light an additional 40 feet).
He moves towards the front, offering, “I am not the most skilled scout, but I will light the way.”

Corwyn’s sword flares into light and the party can see that they are in a tunnel that is approximately 20 feet in diameter. The walls on either side are featureless for as far as they can see. Behind them they can just make out - because they no what to look for - the edge of the portal they arrived by!
Passoveloce checks his weapons are where they are meant to be, his backpack is loaded and closed then staff in hand he follows the rest of the party into the portal glancing back once over his shoulder. After he passes through the portal, he looks past the portal to determine if this is a dead end, or if the tunnel continues past the portal. As he moves he is quiet and alert.

Not long after Corwyn leads the party off down the featureless corridor Toruun manages to scrape his construct along the wall with an almighty clang. After travelling for about 10 minutes and covering approximately half a mile (750 metres) the party fails to find an exit of any kind. Almost simultaneously Corwyn and Passoveloce realise that what they thought were just random scratchings in the wall form some sort off pattern - interestingly however the symbols are becoming less frequent!
"Man, if I knew we'd be visiting the mines of Moira, endless hall edition, I would'a tried ta bum some snacks 'fore we left."Lucas joked around the ten minute mark, though quietly enough so that his voice wouldn't echo... or so he hoped. "But dems the breaks. Can't speak fer the, uhh, civilized portions of the Underdark, but I vaguely remember the actual cave systems stretching for miles upon miles, and even there being lakes the size of seas."He rambled on. "Though I gotta say, I half expected to find some webbings or some such at least somewhere by this point, as I doubt they'd have sent us too far off the mark."

He pays closer attention to the markings on the wall to see if he can decipher more meaning.
Passoveloce does not recognise the symbols other than some seem to repeat occasionally. When they get back to the vicinity of the Portal he realises that it was six of one - half dozen of the other which way Corwyn lead the party as the tunnel heads off in the other direction as far as they can see!
