When she hears a voice in her mind, Myr backs back out of the room. "At least whatever this is is polite enough to ask us to leave instead of attacking from surprise."
"Who's there?" Lyssa calls out loudly to the disembodied voice. Her own voice is strong and unwavering, but she also starts to move back toward the door.
You will get no reply. The breezes rushing through the cavern shift, starting to come through the abode's doorway and slowly swirl inside, kicking up dust. Some of the lighter pieces of armor rattle a bit on the floor.
Regardless, if Lyssa stays inside, she will hear another plea after a few moments.
Lyssa is just about to take her final step back out of the house when the voice enters her mind a second time. It causes her to pause.
"For what do you grieve?"she asks. She says it aloud again, but this time she also tries to reach out to the voice with her own mind and wills her thoughts at it.
Perhaps she can help this creature, if it is indeed a spirit, to move on and bask in eternal light far away from its grief.
You will, yet again, get no direct reply. The wind continues swirling and your nose begins to tickle from the dust. The armor is shaking violently at this point. From the dresser, a locket falls out of a drawer.
OOC: I'm tempted to go look at the locket, but what do you guys think? I'm conscious no one else has input for a few days so I don't want to force things.

"Agreed, there doesn't seem to be anything here anyway."
Corgan also backs out.
"Sooner or later, your Players are going to smash your railroad into a sandbox."

"............anybody got any potatoes? We could drop a potato in each hole an' see which ones get viciously mauled by horrible monsters?"

"Let me grieve..."

OOC: I think it might be trying to tell us something. Maybe ask it if you can look at the locket?
"Are you trying to show us something? The locket perhaps?" Lyssa asks before taking a few steps further inside toward where the jewellery had fallen.
If there is no averse reaction to her picking up the locket, she would do so.
