Bastian draws his dagger with his left hand. He slips over to F10 to perform a Sneak Attack with his main hand on the ghoul:
Short sword(piercing) Attack:25 Damage:7
Then, he follows up with his other hand:
Dagger (piercing) Attack:16 Damage:2
I think messed up how Sneak Attack should be done here. It just applies to any one attack that hits with a finesse weapon, which is both in this case. I got a 3 on the Sneak Attack damage roll. I doubt I hit with the short sword, but I could add that 3 damage to the dagger, correct?
Bastian weaves into the fray, unable to find purchase with his shortsword, but the ghoul's attention had been forcefully redirected by a morningstar, and the rogue twists his dagger past a weak spot in the ghoul's defenses. The horror crumples to the ground, unable to withstand the coordinated flurry of blows from the allies.
@Bastian yes, that is correct - you can apply sneak to either hit, just not both at the same time, and you would have to declare it applies to the first hit before taking the second swing. (In other words, you cannot wait to see if the second swing is critical hit before deciding to apply sneak on the first.)
While I am not putting a new picture up every time, the Ghoul at E11 is no more.
Tumal watches in amazement as the others around him make quick action of the first ghoul. He watches them carefully, noting their bravery and courage, a pleasant smile on his face. When the second ghoul snarls at him, the elf involuntary touches the crystal at his throat. "May the light protect me," he says quietly. A flame-like radiance descends on the ghoul, its light dazzling for just a second before disappearing.
Sacred Flame — Damage if it fails a 12 DEX check: 4 radiant damage
The second ghoul dances to avoid the radiant glow, only to step right into a sizzling bolt from down the hallway, as Kelvin strikes true. It sniffs the air, again turning from the elf and decides the human would make a better meal than the halfling.
Marrow eviscerates this ghoul from below, but, not strictly needing its guts to survive, it snarls back at him. You sense more animal panic than defiance in the sound at this point.

Ghoul Dex Save: 14
This time, Keksi's cleansing light eats away at the ghoul's very being, and parts of the jaw and torso begin to simply dissolve away. Impossibly, however, it remains standing.
The ghoul rears back under the searing radiance, exposing the underbelly which Bastian pierces, silencing the ghoul and dropping it to the floor, dead once more.
Cassyt walks into the now-quiet room, looks from the ravaged corpses, to the ghouls, and back again. "Well, that about does it for me. You know I don’t get paid for this, right?”
To be explicit; the ghouls are slain, combat is over, and we are out of initiative order.

Casmenos looks to Cassyt, "I do this for a living in service to Kelemvor, usually without being paid. If you fear for your life, that is another matter entirely. Payment should have nothing to do with it."
Then turning to Tumal, "This was no threat. We far outmatched these in numbers, skill and equipment."
To the remainder of the party, "My instincts tell me these ghouls were lured here. This pile of bodies and the disposal of the bones in the pit seems uncharacteristic of ghouls. The danger remains.
I wager there is another way to enter this room. It is only a matter of being able to find it."
Marrow frowns at Casmenos, and walks over to Cassyt: We would be honoured to escort you back to safety ma'am, if that is your wish, though we would really appreciate it if you stayed. Is there anything you can think of to tell us about these rooms, or those that lie ahead?
Cassyt appears stung by the criticism, as you hear some low muttering that sounds like "people...joke...as stuck up as Yorvir..." before she turns to Marrow.
"I do not know of this room, though I have read about the practice of preparing corpses with purifying ash and fire. This has not been our custom, though apparently decades past it was the custom of some group that shared these catacombs."
"My studies may prove useful, and, while I may not be certain of anything that lies ahead," she continues, affixing Casmenos with what she must think is a defiant state but which comes off more as a youthful pout, "I will see my duty to Kelemvor to the end."

Current status:
Keksi: 16
Ghoul1: 16Cassyt: 12
Bastian: 9
Marrow: 9
Casmenos: 8
Tumal: 7
Destin: 7
Kelvin: 5
Ghoul2: 4
Tumal, Kelvin, then the second Ghoul gets a turn.
@Bastian
What I recommend is just doing a separate die roll for sneak attack, so like:
Short Sword (Piercing): Attack: 11 Damage: 5
Dagger (Piercing) Attack: 17 Damage: 2
Sneak Attack: 5 (+ 6 if critical hit)
Tumal watches in amazement as the others around him make quick action of the first ghoul. He watches them carefully, noting their bravery and courage, a pleasant smile on his face. Ghoul Dex Save: 16
The ghoul starts for a minute, looking at the light seeking to bathe its form, and nimbly steps out of the way, still hungering.
Kelvin steps out into the corridor and launches a bolt of energy at the second ghoul.
Attack: 19 Damage: 9
Coriana - Company of the Grey Chain
Wagner - Dragon Heist: Bards.
DM - The Old Keep

Between Destin's parrying axes and Marrow's interposing shield, the claws have no chance to strike home, and the ghoul howls in frustration.
From down the corridor, a solitary Kobold stands ready.
(OOC: Oops, Bastian is actually at F10 - I neglected to move before taking the screenshot)
Beginning of Round 2. With Ghoul1 having given up the ghost, all bold people may take a turn before we get back around to Ghoul2.
Keksi: 16
Ghoul1: 16Cassyt: 12
Bastian: 9
Marrow: 9
Casmenos: 8
Tumal: 7
Destin: 7
Kelvin: 5
Ghoul2: 4
Casmenos will take a step forward (E11) and strike at the ghoul.
Morningstar (piercing): Attack: 8 Damage: 3
Casmenos clouts the remaining ghoul on the shoulder. It is starting to look unsure of these morsels it had chosen.
Marrow shifts his weight, watches for the right moment, and then lunges in with a second stab: Attack: 25 Damage: 7
Marrow eviscerates this ghoul from below, but, not strictly needing its guts to survive, it snarls back at him. You sense more animal panic than defiance in the sound at this point.
Keksi will send another sacred flame, 1 damage, 12 Dexterity save to negate.
Ghoul Dex Save: 14
This time, Keksi's cleansing light eats away at the ghoul's very being, and parts of the jaw and torso begin to simply dissolve away. Impossibly, however, it remains standing.
Bastian tries to slip behind Tumal (from F10 to D12) and attempts another sneak attack on Ghoul #2, shredding into what's left of the abomination.
Short sword(piercing) - Attack: 14 Damage: 4
Dagger (piercing) - Attack: 13 Damage: 4
Sneak Attack - Damage:4

Tumal looks at each of the warriors. "I will be able to compose many songs about you fine warriors," he smiles. "Such strength. Such cunning!"
