Given the unshakeable feeling of being watched, Casmenos will use Divine Sense.
As an action, you can detect good and evil. Until the end of your next turn, you can sense anything affected by the hallow spell or know the location of any celestial, fiend, undead within 60 ft. that is not behind total cover. You can use this feature 4 times per long rest.
Casmenos shudders a little and snaps his head up, looking towards the ceiling and pointing at three places, "Those three skeletons are undead. I cannot reach them. Can anyone strike at them from range?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tumal pushes through the bystanders to stand beside Casmenos, his eyes finding the collection of bones decorating the ceiling. He looks at the paladin and then back at the closest skeleton. The elf lifts one thin arm, extends a finger, and a mote of light flies from his fingertip like a spark being tossed by the wind.
Immediately after Casmenos' words of caution, the skeletons burst their bonds and drop to the floor in a shower of plaster shards.
Casmenos, Bastian, may have a Dex save please? At advantage due to the timely warning.
Edit: to include Tumal's action, which in fairness he did post before I did.
The elf rushes into the room at Casmenos' warning, and a searing bolt of flame erupts from his hand to catch one skeleton during its fall. It falls to the ground less gracefully then its companions, singed but alive, if you can ever truly say that about the animated dead.
Tumal: May I have a dex save from you as well. Straight roll, without advantage, as focusing on an attack offsets at least part of the preparation to dodge.

As if on cue, three armed skeletons burst free from the ceiling in a shower of plaster shards. Bastian and Tumal manage to avoid the hail, but Casmeons, perhaps distracted by warning the others, and the bolt of fire over his shoulder, takes 3 damage as a large chunk clips him on the shoulder.
Initiative (will sort once rolls in place):
Keksi 6
Kelvin 8
Tumal 5
Bastian 4
Casmenos 15
Destin 2
Marrow 22
Cassyt: 18
Skeleton 1: 13
Skeleton 2: 5
Skeleton 3: 12
Note the skeleton on the top of the map is the one signed by the fire bolt
An attack roll that high is likely to hit, but people in the hallway should understand the skeletons are going to have at least partial cover (and therefore a higher AC for non-sharpshooters) due to the people in front of them.
Still lightly wounded from the last battle, Marrow decides to take a more defensive approach this time. He moves to F8 to block the skeletons from heading down the corridor to the rest of the party, and he takes the dodge action, holding his shield up to deflect any incoming blows. He will also use 'Protection' as a reaction to aid Casmenos if he is attacked.

Kelvin sends a stream of eldritch energy at the top skeleton, which, weakened by the previous fire blast, shatters upon contact.
Marrow moves to interpose himself between the undead and his friends.
Bastian shifts his weight back and forth, keeping perfectly balanced on the balls of his feet to strike at anything that comes near. The second skeleton is only too eager to oblige, soundlessly snarling as it swings its shortsword at Bastian: 9 Damage:5
Bastian, the skeleton moved into G6, so your readied action goes off before the skeleton. Please take your attack. If you do manage to connect and destroy it in one blow, then the above roll and damage never happened.
(Hey, back from my holiday. Was bummed that there was nowhere to get internet to respond. Seems we're back into the swing of things with some fights, though damn on that nat 1 initiative. Guess Destin just wasn't ready for the next fight yet!)

Tumal moves to F5. The elf lifts one thin arm, extends a finger, and a mote of light flies from his fingertip like a spark being tossed by the wind at the closest skeleton.
Before the skeleton can strike home, a well-prepared Bastian jabs at its torso with his shortsword, knocking three ribs clean off the body. Sensing weakness, he follows up with his dagger, but the blade sticks for a moment, leaving him unable to twist out of the way of the skeleton's counterattack, which opens up a deep gash along his arm.
Casmeons dances forward, and his blade easily finishes off the skeleton looming over his his companion.
Tumal glides to the second rank, and the sizzling energy from his finger engulfs the third skeleton, who stands singed up ready for more.
Bastian, your blow did not quite finish it off, so you take the damage described above before you and Casmeons combined to bring it low. Bold are up now (Casmeons and Tumal have already gone.)

In case he has advantage due to the skeleton's perhaps restrained condition: 15
