Niches near the floor are filled with stacked bones, and skulls are neatly arranged about six inches apart along a ledge. The wall above the skulls bears an inscription, partially obscured by centuries of accumulated dust and cobwebs.
To the east stands a doorway; in the northwest corner, a corridor continues out of the room.
In the skeletons' case, they just don't have the guts.
Assuming the whole party moves down the stairs to follow Destin, Marrow brings up the rear, sticking close to Cassyt. Know any good stories about skeletons? he asks Tumal, trying to raise the group's spirits. He stays just outside the room, peering in.
This room has displays similar to those previously in the catacombs, but with one major difference. Where the previous displays were pleasant depictions of daily life, these are nightmares come to life. In one crypt, the skeletons of three, very young children are posed as if they are strangling a grown man, while another portrays five people holding a skeletal man in a chair and "pouring" something from a greasy, brown vial down his throat.
Piles of dirt and rubble have been deposited around the room.
"I'm assuming this is from before the time of Kelemvor." Destin says disdainfully, he cautiously enters the room and uses the head of his handaxe to clear a little of the rubble from ahead of the group.

From the back, Cassyt answers. "Yes...but I've read of this before," she begins, walking past the macabre and ancient dioramas. "In this vault are the worst of the worst, those whose crimes were so vile that their victims were set to enact revenge upon them for all eternity."
She stops to look at Destin. "But Phlan has not practiced this custom for well over a century."
Casmenos replies, "A good thing. Forcing the corpses of the victims to lie with their aggressors is bad enough. Having the victims mimic such acts is so much worse. Revenge is not an emotion that the ignorant could understand or bear for eternity."
Seeing Destin moving about in the new room, Casmenos will move in as well. He will suggest others more skilled than himself investigate the mounds of earth to understand their purpose or reason for being.

To the east stands a doorway; in the northwest corner, a corridor continues out of the room.
Casmenos will slowly move to the corner of room 11 to peek up the north hallway if nothing attacks.
The corridor is short, and a scant 5 feet away, it opens into another room.
In the skeletons' case, they just don't have the guts.

"I do, but you would not find them humerus," Cassyt answers with a wry grin. "Besides, that's not why we are here."
Tumal smiles at Marrow's question and then laughs at Cassyt's response. "You could slice cheese with that wit," he says to the cleric.
For no particular reason, Casmenos is wary of this 5 foot long corridor. He will inspect it for traps.
Investigation: 14
The small corridor shows nothing unusual or dangerous that you can detect before opening into another room beyond this one.
Bastian eventually perks up, motioning to the 5ft corridor. "Shall we continue?"
Destin continues to keep towards the lead, both of his axes readied in case of anything springing from around a corner.
Casmenos will step into the 5 ft. corridor to peek into the next room.

Without entering the room, Casmenos will take a good look around to try and figure out what the dirt and rubble means.

(Yeah, getting my campaigns mixed up :-p )

Upon entering the room, in addition to the dioramas and dirt, you can see the corridor exiting out the other side.
Including an updated map, since, now that you are in the room, you can certainly see down the exit.
Marrow will attempt to investigate the mounds of dirt and rubble without touching them or coming too close if he can help it. Investigation: 9
