For Nobody's part, he looks around frantically for some type of weapon, only to stop and snap his fingers.
"I got it!"
He takes only a brief second to make sure he wasn't gonna throw up again before making these really grandiose gesture with his staff and chanting something in infernal. At the spells completion, a deep red light begins emanating from the staff. Nobody then holds it high in both hands as if he had ever intent on bringing it down on the deck.
"THAT'S ENOUGH! SURRENDER NOW, SCALLYWAGS! OR SO HELP ME, I WILL RELEASE MY SPELL, AND SEND ALL OF YOU ON A ONE WAY TRIP STRAIGHT TO THE NINE HELLS!"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Plan for Gene who's now at deaths door: take a shot at the most wounded pirate (preferring hulking or brutish ones) and then flying down and finding a place to hide. Being on the outside of the ship below the deck level would also work.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Hiding behind the front mast of the ship, Gynugri casts again the same spell at the same brutish pirate before moving behind to the other mast, attempting to hide himself the third time.
Seeing the great wizard that single-handedly made almost half the crew simply fall over with a snap of his fingers, several of the pirates back up, trembling. One stays fast and urges the others to get back to firing. They comply, but are too frightened to aim properly(Strikethru for scared pirates).
The pirate captain opens his mouth to shout orders, but Tab's fist connects with his jaw, making him stumble.
Mel takes the still standing brutish pirate's head straight off with an arrow, and the now headless body sways, then topples over the side of the ship into the waters below.
STUPID MELANTHIOS! STOP ROLLING SO GOOD! I WANT TO KILL YOU ALL, AND I CAN'T DO THAT IF YOU KEEP ON SHOOTING LIKE THAT!
The pirate captain clutches his jaw, and swings wildly at Tab, who bats the scimitar aside like a ball of yarn.
Gene fires at the pirate captain and the arrow slices by his side. He grunts and clutches the groove of sliced skin. Gene then flies behind the mast.
The sailors fire another round, and two pirates go down.
Grig makes mincemeat of another pirate, and comes to the aid of Tab, flanking the pirate captain.
The pirates fire, too afraid to cross over to the other ship. Most shots go wide, but two hit, and one sailor goes down, a bolt through his neck.
Ortimay curses, and fires her crossbow at a pirate, missing in her rage.

At the sight of one of the sailors going down, Nobody glares at the one responsible.
"You. Were. WARNED!"
He slams the butt of his staff down, and shifts his attention past the pirate to their ship. For a second or two, nothing happens. Then, the cacophony began to make itself known. As if from below deck, the sound of grating, groaning, and splintering wood apart could began to emanate from the center most portion of the ship.
Was it a creature from the deep? A portal from hell itself ripping the ship apart?! Or could it be something worse!?!
Nope. But do they waste time trying to [Tooltip Not Found](DC 10) the "minor illusion" and risk their lives? Or do the once brave cower or jump ship? Invigorated by adrenaline, Nobody opens his eyes and peels back his hood, revealing to those that weren't too sure that they faced no ordinary wizard! But a demon of absolute darkness!
"Last chance SCUM. Abandon Ship. Or lose. Your. SOULS!"
Intimidation: 4. (And if at advantage because of all the set-up:12.)
(Are the crossbows our sailors using Light or Heavy?)
(With Grig flanking the Pirate Captain, I'm adding +2 to these rolls, for a total attack bonus of +8)
"Seriously, darling - best to do what the scary man says and give up now, it'll be best for everyone," Tab purrs menacingly to the pirate captain, as he claps both of his hands together fiercely, with the captain's head in the middle.
Nobody reveals himself as a creature from the deepest pits of hell, and sets a horrible monster upon the sailors. One sailor, in a panic, screams and leaps overboard, trying to swim away. His scream is cut short when a grey shape surfaces near her, and she goes underwater, replaced by a dark red stain on the water(Woo nat 1 on the save!).
Tab clocks the pirate captain in the head with his fist, and the big man sways a bit, but shakes it off quickly.
Mel fires at the slumped over brutish pirate, finishing him off in a very messy way.
The pirate captain lunges at Grig, slicing him in the leg.

"How unfortunate! It seems Lady Umberlee too wishes to feast this day! Hah! What a fine mess now! Best you lot throw down you arms before she or the beast below--"
Nobody points his staff at the feet at the space just above the pirate captain.
"Marks you next."
At those words, a great and bloody, skeletal hand appears grasping onto the captain. And though it held no true form, weight, or temperature, this minor illusion wasn't really meant for the captain anyways. Nobody looks to the remaining pirates. The sound of crumbing wood has yet to abate, and against his better judgement, Nobody strides proudly in the place of the fallen Sailor and puffs out his chest.
"So what do you say, brave ones? Will you continue to let this FOOL lead you to your deaths?"
He asks, sounding actually pleasant for a change... for a man whose voice boomed and had that slight, malicious edge to it.
Intimidation: 2. (Plus 2 if persuasion, and if at advantage:7Ohhh I really hope it is at advantage!).
(I'll cast it on the pirate captain instead. I've been moving Gynugri on different positions since the previous rounds so I think I can reach him from his current position.)

He leers and points his still glowing staff at each of them in turn.
