Once the pirates are in the process of boarding, Melanthios will pop up from his hiding place and fire off an arrow at a pirate currently above the sea: Piercing Attack: 19 Damage: 21
He will then drop back down behind cover.
(I rolled advantage for stealth)

The pirate ship comes up alongside yours and the pirates aboard begin throwing hooks at your ship and climbing across. (There are 4 ropes, I'll align you guys randomly with them.)
Tab climbs up the southernmost mast and waits. Mel fires off an arrow, but misses. He then slips into the shadows of the downward going stairs, and Gynugri does the same for the other set of downward going stairs. From the shadows, Gynugri waves his hand and frost forms on a climbing pirate. He shivers but continues on, shivering all the way. Gene fires an arrow at a huge pirate that is climbing across, and hits him in the arm. He grunts, but continues climbing. Nobody manages to stand up, and throws a spell at three of the climbing pirates, and they struggle to keep their eyelids open. Two of them waver and fall into the waters below, but the third manages to shake it off.
(@Gorthmorg do you wish to jump on the Huge Pirate who just made it across? Or do you want to stay up there and continue waiting for someone else?)
HERE'S A MAP!
(each little text thing is 5 ft. It may look really tall and not very wide, but that's just because the line spacing is huge)
(See above post. Melanthios will actually change his target to the pirate captain, and then get the hell out of dodge and move as far away from the Hulk pirate as he can.)

(Sorry, but you already made the attack in the earlier post. That will happen on your turn, which will happen as soon as Tab, Gene, and Gynugri post their turns(It's your initiative, you guys had a series of really good rolls(except for nobody with the nat 1)))

Tab watches the Hulk Pirate cross on his grappling line, and sees that Grig is lining up to deal with him. Never one to engage in a fair fight when possible (he is a street fighter, after all) Tab will drop down behind H.P. in order to give Grig a better chance of hitting the big guy. Tab will make two quick jabs at the back of Hulk Pirate, attempting to flank him for advantage.

(It's a sad day when the DM forgets parts of his own campaign. Flanking granting advantage is too op, not having it do anything is kind of stupid. I decided that it gives a +2 to attack rolls.)

Gene will take flight as the enemies are getting too close for comfort for him. He'll fly 50ft up and take another shot at the same target (the HULKING pirate): Attack: 23 Damage: 9

Tab leaps down from the mast, balancing on the railing. He takes two swipes at the Big Pirate, who roars in pain. Mel fires an arrow at the pirate that just climbed across. She smiles, stepping onto the deck, apparently proud of her achievement of getting across the rope. Then she gets an arrow between the eyes. She dead.(Roll for hide if you want to hide again. Gene flies up and fires another arrow at the Big Pirate, who takes it through the shoulder. Gynugri points his little finger at the pirate ship, and a burst of light burstificates(that's a word now) from where he pointed. 3 pirates get the full brunt of it. They scream in... Glowiness? They're glowy now.(Glowy people are bolded, attacks have advantage against them) Gynugri then disappears once more.
(Rest of round coming soon.)

(Oh yeah right cunning action. Heh. I can't believe that nobody I've ever DMed for has brought that up. WHOOPS. I'll still allow you to roll again for hide, since you just attacked from hide, but with disadvantage.)

(Captain Ortimay's First Mate - I see that he's #6 on the map)
(Also, are we playing with flanking being advantage? That's usually not the case, unless you have Pack Tactics.)

"It's a bit foggy in here doesn't it? A little light would help you guys a bit."
Seeing that the enemies are concentrated in the middle, Gynugri casts Faerie Fire then moves to the stairs behind him and attempts to hide.
DEX 13, targets would be starting from Nobody and Tab's last row of enemies going to the left.
If the DM rolled bad, expect to see seven guys flashing violet dim lights in this foggy encounter and we'll be rolling with advantages for a minute.
Stealth 23
(Sharpshooter with advantage . . .whoo boy)
