Ford: Ungrappling Athletics a success! 22 (14 + 8) in game log -- Ford'll then spend 30/40 ft. of movement getting AFAP (as far as possible) away. "No munching today!" he shouts gleefully, gripping his axe tightly in both hands.
Weslocke: "Hey, Ford!" she shouts happily. "How'd you like to breathe fire?" As she works her magic, weaving subtly so that Hacket doesn't notice. Ford begins to growl menacingly, which grows to a rumble -- red scales growing out of his back and body -- until the form of a young red dragon stands there, mouth awash with flame.

Schlompy, in his grand wisdom (+1), begins prancing and dancing, moving like a monstrous dolphin-spider-dog. Bright, crimson light pours from his eyes and mouth as he wails like a banshee.
Schlompy will cast Bless at second level on the party.
The frog-demon seems perplexed as Schlompy engages in his antics. Even for a being of chaos he has a look on his face as if to say, "Bro, what are you on?"
He then plods forward, each step thundering on the ground, towards Schlompy and Weslocke. Raising his arms, a foul smell begins to emanate from his pits, narrowly missing Tyranno-Ford from its reach.
Bonus Action: Foul Stench
Welocke and Schlompy must make CON Saves. DC 17 or poisoned until the end of their next turn.
After casting the despicable smell he speaks a word and demonic spirits begin to flit about him, writhing in agony and mocking the party.
Spirit Guardians @ 4th Level Damage: 17 Necrotic Damage (DC 18 WIS for half) and movement costs double in its radius
Weslocke and Schlompy must makes saves against it at the starts of their next turns.
(note for Baalze, Schlompy can easily get out of its radius after the start of his turn; but he's also right next to Jack now for melee too)
After casting the spell the demon then turns to Schlompy. "You're a feisty little one. Perhaps I should roasting you before num nums." Bring a trident to bear he stabs towards the paladin. Flames emanate from its point as it reaches down.

Grompster Counterspells the Spirit Guardians at 3rd level. "Stawp it."
Schlompy CON: 18 + 4
WIS: 13 + 1 (in case the Counterspell fails)
And the attack grazes off as Schlompy suddenly curls up into a ball, the trident hitting at an improper angle to pierce. A red-hot scratch is left on Shclompy's back.
Grompster's turn. "Melty frowg."
Vitriolic Sphere at 4th level, aimed at his feet. It only affects Jack Hackett due to Evocation wizard. DC 17 DEX save or 25 Acid damage and half again on his next turn, or on a successful save take half damage now and no extra damage later.

Secondly -- start of turn, Spirit Guardians WIS -- 17 (15 + 2) (is that half or all damage/does meets beat?)
Then:
With a grunt, Weslocke leaps away, evading the demon's noxious scent as she readies her own attack. A thin, wispery halo of gray shoots towards Jack -- enveloping him, threatening to freeze his tendons and bones.
Charging towards the necrotic energy which now emanates, horrifically, from the creature, Ford roars, a deep, terrifying sound, as Weslocke points him towards the creature. Although he isn't quite sure what's going on (new INT is 2 for now), he can tell one thing -- the frog certainly looks tasty.
