Doc JoJo casts guiding bolt at the red figure and prays that this works.
Spell Range is 120, so if I need to move a few inches to be range so be it. I stay out of the smoke. (with 45 speed I still could not get with in range of the dragon.)
Guiding bolt Attack: 18 Damage: 15
Trying to figure out the type of damage, which is radiant I activated the in game roll. got 21 damage that way. 15 or 21 radiant damage DM choice.
That hits and deals 21 damage.

"One hundred and seventy feet...sixty...fifty..." Necyra is whispering the distances to herself, her fingers tracing the path of a falling star in the air. "Too far for a hug, but just right for a blizzard!"
She abandons her spot behind Gail, zipping forward 20 feet with her cloak fluttering like a panicked moth. She suddenly stops, her eyes turning a cold, icy blue that matches the sudden drop in temperature around her.
"If I can't blow the smoke away, I'll just turn it into an ice cube! Let's see how you fly in a snow storm, you big scaly beast!"
She claps her hands, and instead of starlight, a jagged, freezing vortex of sleet and driving rain erupts in a 40-foot-wide cylinder right where the dragon vanished.
Necyra casts Sleet Storm (3rd level).
The area centered on the dragon is now heavily obscured, and the dragon must make a DEX saving throw (DC 16). On a Failure, it is knocked prone (since it is flying, it should fall to the ground). And I'm guessing the noxious red smoke cloud will also be cleared away?
Upon casting the spell, Necyra then retreats backwards 10 feet (total distance = 30 feet, her walking/flying speed), back towards her hiding spot behind Gail.

OOC: I thought the dragon + Etriel were flying 50 feet in the air, 170 feet away? Shouldn't they fall 50 feet, and not 170 feet?
