Etirel Darastrix performs an agile flight evolution and avoids the worst of the dragon's fiery breath.

OOC assume same range - 120 for the red figure, and 170 for the dragon
JoJo can't do much, as a spell to be unblinded means no action to be able to hit 120 feet, and if I stay blind I still get sight back so no sense burning a spell to end up not being able to act until next turn anywaays.
"Oh, you think you can run away from winter?! You think sixty feet saves you from the slush?!" Necyra shakes her fists, her cloak whipping around her as she lets her old spell fade. The melting ice in the distance hasn't even hit the cavern floor before she points a frosty finger right at the dragon's new position. "Double blizzard for the lizard! Let's see you try to light another fire when your nose is frozen shut!"
She claps her hands together with a sharp crack, channeling another round of winter magic to drop a brand new, freezing vortex of driving sleet right on top of the dragon.
Necyra casts Sleet Storm (3rd level), centered on the dragon's new position
The area is once again heavily obscured. The dragon must make a DEX saving throw (vs DC16). On a failure, it is knocked prone.

Gail continues closing on the dragon, then tries throwing half of her javelins at it, trying to slow the dragon, throw off it's aim, and distract it to make it easier for her allies to hit.
Attack 1: 19 to hit for 6 piercing damage
Attack 2: 28 to hit for 10 piercing damage
Attack 3: 21 to hit for 11 piercing damage
The first attack will impose slow on the dragon (-10 feet movement) for a turn, the next will impose Sap (disadvantage on it's next attack roll)
Spend one superiority die for Distracting Strike, next ally to attack has advantage.
Additional 9 damage from Distracting Strike.
So if all 3 attacks hit, 36 total damage...
All hit. The dragon grunts in pain.

Etriel Darastrix is surprised that the magical storm doesn't knock the Dragon down this time, but she remains unfazed and takes careful aim, firing arrow after arrow with her Longbow.
The Eladrin Huntress then unleashes the magical powers derived from her draconic blood and commands the Dragon, in its own language: "Halt!"
The Foreign Traveler then flies to Gail's side.

Yes, sorry, I thought it was clear from the OOC recap, but now I realize that perhaps I took too many things for granted. There's no problem, I'll clarify: Command is her Bonus Action, because Etriel uses 2 Sorcery points to cast it as Quickened (it is one of her 2 Metamagic sorcerer's options)
