Doc JoJo abandoned and Ashlass retreated to full cover at the end of her Turn... so I'd say no, there shouldn't be any other characters affected.

Necyra coughs, wiping soot and arcane sparks from her eyes. Even though her vision is completely dark, she refuses to let go of her frosty grip on the blizzard. Gritting her teeth against the pain, she mutters a quick, soothing incantation to knit her burns back together before sending another wave of sonic punishment through the dark.
"I don't need eyes to hear where you are, lizard boy!"
Bonus Action: Necyra casts Healing Word on herself (using a 2nd level slot), healing herself for 21 hp.
Action: Necyra casts Toll the Dead (as a cantrip) on the mean old dragon. The dragon must pass a DC16 WIS save or take 8 necrotic damage.
Status: Necyra remains Blinded until the end of this turn.

Gail keeps slashing at the dragon with her favorite weapon, the vicious longsword, trying to cut the dragon down before it could breath fire yet again...
Attack 1: 21 for 7+6=13 slashing damage

Then she will catch her breath for a bit (second wind as bonus action to recover 5+11=16 HP)
