(I have the worst luck on this site. Not bad enough to get past Kinnik's stealth, though)
Kinnik moves into position onto a board, grabbing a second to toss to Olen once he gives the all clear. Assuming everyone passed their checks, the kenku slides the plank at the changeling after sounding the signal
Cap crawls silently into the bigger vehicle, taking the helm. He rubs the feather on his hat for good luck, and gets ready to take off in pursuit of the thieves.
(Also, as I recall, wasn't Kinnik able to make the religion check as well? If he did, I missed it.)

Everyone who sneaked managed to grab a soarsled! Some of you were nearly detected, but Shroud managed to cough and ask questions to draw attention back onto himself. So four of you, Cap, Copper, Kinnik, and Casha have jumped onto the soarsleds and sped soar after the fleeing thieves! (But let's wait just 6 secs to see what Shroud does?
Shroud, you see your pals successfully steal these sleds, but there is only the skyraft left. The man you are talking to doesn't seem to have noticed until a helpful citizen shouts, "Hey, I think they just stole your stuff," pointing at the rest of your squad. The man runs up to where the soarsleds used to be, waving his fist yelling, "Hey! Come back here you thugs!"
What does Shroud do?

You have all taken flight! Shroud rides on the skyraft while Cap, Copper, Kinnik, and Vasha take up the soarsleds. The rush of liftoff blows back your hair (if you have any) and you suddenly notice the sky is alive. There are dozens of soarsleds moving every which way, skycoaches dropping off the well-to-do at a station several floors above you, and flying creatures like hippogriffs soaring through the night sky.
The city is lit up in a way that anyone from the Downstairs could only ever dream of. The everbright lanterns and other light sources paint the landscape with hues of yellows, oranges, blues, and purples.
Of course, you can't enjoy the view... you've got thieves to catch!

Notes on controlling the flying devices:
Soarsleds Soarsleds are flying disks that people use to move around the city. They can achieve great speeds and are the favorite mode of transportation of couriers. The disk is two and a half feet in diameter and three inches thick. It is made of a light metallic material. The disk floats by itself and it is easy to drive. It features a kind of mental link with the user so that it behaves in the manner that the user wants. They never run out of energy but they only work in Sharn. Only one person can use it at a time.
Skyraft Skyrafts are miniature versions of skycoaches. They are big enough to carry two people on them. The eldritch engine in the back is similar to the ones seen on normal skycoaches, but smaller in size. It is easy to drive, there are two levers. One for speed, and the other controls the direction of the exhaust tubes and the skyraft.

As Shroudshoots off after his friends and the fleeing thieves, he reverts to his Olenpersona.
Olenshoves the thrust lever to its maximum settings and points his Skyraft at the fleeing Skycoach.
As he gets within shouting distance of his friends, Olenshouts,
"WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T LOOSE SIGHT OF THE SKYCOACH! WE CANT AFFORD TO LOOSE THEM, IN ALL THE OTHER TRAFFIC!"
If possible, Olenwould like to try to use his vehicles larger size, to try and "shoulder barge" one of the Soarsleds, that the enemies is using. The intent being to try and knock the driver from the Soarsled.
If Olencant get in range for that, he would keep his eye's on the enemies positions and otherwise look out for his friends, while continuing to chase the thieves.
(cant really use a two-handed Shortbow while also controlling the Skyraft.)
As Copper speeds ahead, he extends his axe forward as if trying to reach the thieves. The weapon begins to trail smoke, more than normal for Copper's usual spells. In a moment the axe is completely engulfed. The comet of smoke flashes bright for a second before the smoke dissipates all at once, revealing a massive crystalline crossbow. The riser is a skull, jaw wide open in laughter or terror, just like the axe. The rest of the body is charcoal black, becoming smoky until it's fully opaque, matching the shaft of the original weapon. Copper hefts the new form up wth glee and barks at his prey. "RUN ****ERS RUN! I LOVE PLAYIN COPS AND ROBBERS!"
Kinnik zooms after the other skyraft, attempting to sneak into its blind spot above and behind it. Zeph rests in his jacket pocket with her tiny head poking out, chittering constantly (though quietly) in glee.
Assuming he can get close enough, Kinnik then conjures an invisible mage hand and attempts to throw the raft's acceleration lever to zero!

Vasha stands behind Olen, looking for an opportune moment to fire another magical bolt at the thieves. Sadly, nothing arises, but inspiration hits her at a passing breeze. Waving her arms wide, she gathers the wind nearby and launches it at the fleeing soarsled broadside.

Disregarding my previous statement, Cap is able to accelerate a bit more than his allies, but it seems he will need to exert a lot of effort to actually reach the enemy skycoach.
Olen successfully bumps into one of the soarsled riders, however, the cloaked rider manages to grab the side of the skyraft instead of falling off.
Vasha follows up with a gust of wind, attempting to throw their tagalong off their balance. While the enemy doesn't fall to his doom, he is blown away from the raft.
Kinnik is unable to reach the skycoach. (If you want to do something else with your action, please feel free to post it!)
Enemy turns to be determined once Kinnik finalizes his turn!

Kinnik casts Puppet on the nearest baddie (DC 12 CON save, Ru!). Provided that the spell is successful, he directs his target to aim for the nearest isolated tower, dumping him/herself (safely) onto an inescapable towertop to be collected later.
(If no one is close enough...)
Kinnik is at a loss, unable to accomplish anything to catch up to his foes. He maintains top speed, ready to leap into action if and when an opportunity presents itself.
Kinnik's target struggles for a moment with Kinnik's strange puppetry but manages to cut the invisible strings and wrangle control back.
