Cap takes the rope that he has not yet used, and especially not used in giving to Vasha, and ties it to an arrow. He then fires it at one of the enemies riding a soarsled, which is flying in front of another soarsled rider. The arrow sinks into the enemy's leg, but the enemy stays on the soarsled. Cap then suddenly changes direction, curving around to the side while simultaneously pulling the rope tight. The enemy lagging behind the one that Cap hit doesn't even see the rope flying towards him until it is too late. It hits him in the back of the knees and he trips backwards, screaming as he falls down, down, down towards the hard ground. Cap then yanks on the already tight rope and pulls the enemy he hit off of his soarsled and after his friend down below.

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
Olenpulls his Skyraft down along side the building so Kinnik can jump on the back.
"Right, lets get back after that Skycoach, we can't let it get out of our sight."
Olen slams the thrust full open and they shoot away after the fleeing thieves.
Catching up to the others, Olen calls out,
"WHERE ARE THE OTHERS?! ARE THEY ALL TAKEN CARE OF?"
Seeing the Skycoach as the only remaining vehicle, Olen starts to give chase, but he and Kinnik are almost knocked out if the sky as 3 new Soarsleds come diving down out of the sky above.
Olen wrestles with the controls, righting the Skyraft just before it can slam into a bridge between two of the towers.
"Dam! That was close!"
Olen calls out to the others,
"LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE A FEW MORE TO TAKE CARE OF!"
Over his shoulder to Kinnik, Olen says,
"I will try and keep us steady if you want to try and take one out?"
(I hope it is ok to add a few more enemies to take out, I didn't want the scene to be over too quick ;) let me know if I should change it.)
Kinnik stares blankly at the back of Olen's head, then slowly glances toward the crossbow bolt sticking out of his shoulder.
"Fine," he says after a moment, "But I'm going to need a hand..."
The kenku extends a talon toward the nearest soarsled (piloted by a human male with 'BIFF' emblazoned across the back of his robe) and summons an invisible [spell[mage hand[/spell]! Whipping his arm back, Kinnik uses his spell to grasp Biff's hood and pull it in front of his face. The baddie struggles to remove the cloth from his eyes for only a moment, but the distraction causes him to veer into a soartruck laden with manure all the same.
Cat and mouse is all well and good when you're the cat and, in Vasha's case, she was not. Arrows flew and the occasional bolt of fire would wizz by her head. With every one that missed, Vasha was overwhelmed and thankful to still be alive. As the others had more and more luck in turning the tides, Vasha eventually found herself in a pitched dogfight. Magic was exchanged with bolts as the two tucked and weaved around buildings and spires.
A moment finally came where a small gap grew between her and her pursuer. Seeing an upcoming tower, she banked hard around it and swiveled. Charging full-steam, she caught the rogue off-guard in an aerial game of Chicken. His reaction was as planned: fire a bolt at Vasha to force her to yield or die. In a flash, her hand erupted in a gout of flame. The wave of fire sprung forth and caught the bolt, incinerating it instantly, but it was only the screen of the counterattack. The puff of smoke left behind by impact obscured her form and she leapt from her board. No sooner did she emerge from the cloud, a great eruption of thunder split from her form. She met her pursuer head-on and the spell caused a massive shockwave that blew the bandit from his own craft. Landing perfectly on the now-vacant board, Vasha stands triumphantly and proclaims, "It worked! Damnit I was ready to die, but somebody loves me way up there!"

Realizing it might be more advantageous to pick off all of these pursuers then track down the solo Skycoach, Copper looks around for prey. Seeing the riders tailing Olen, the shifts dips down low on his sled, slowing down to let the Skyraft pass above him. As soon as they do, Copper jets back up, and by the time he reaches the solarsled above him, his treasured weapon has returned to its normal massive axe form. The blade slams into the enemy trailing smoke. The man screams as he flounders on his sled, clutching his ruined chest and fleeing the scene, overwhelmed with fear. Copper cackles as he veers sharply towards the next foe, hungry for more blood.
Seeing the new arrivals, Cap starts veering up and towards them at high speed. He flies straight toward one of them and, at the last second, takes off from his soarsled, soaring over his enemy's head. Cap's soarsled however, is still speeding straight towards the man's head.
Cap lands once more on his soarsled, and takes a look to his left. From the neck down, he looks fine, but then you glance upwards, and find that the man seems to be missing a head. The body continues onward for a few more seconds, until it realizes that dead people shouldn't be able to stand up and tips off of the now idling soarsled.

You have followed these thieves, some of you know them to be Order of the Emerald Claw members, to the highest parts of the city. The Skyway lies before you, approaching in great speed. The castle-like towers in the Skyway are of a very different quality than the ones below, even the ones in the higher wards. Everything around you has the intention to portray how costly it is. It is as if every tower competed with the others to see which was more valuable. White and golden shiny bricks, gold plated oil lamps, docking stations for skycoaches in almost every tower, wide streets with trees and large parks with ponds.
The enemy skycoach is almost a hundred and fifty feet away from you. It flies faster than you but not fast enough to lose you. You see the large boat-like vessel decelerate and approach a warehouse on the very edge of the eldritch floating disk that supports the Skyway. The warehouse is at ground level. It is in the base of a short squat white-bricked tower. The tower has an opening large enough for the skycoach to enter.
As you approach the warehouse, two 6-feet long bolts fly past you! There are four siege ballistae mounted on the warehouse’s docking bay. The way you’d need to approach this, you are sitting ducks against the ballistae. One good hit would be enough to destroy any of your flying devices.

When the bolts are fired, they fly right next to Cap, and he falls like a rock. No one actually sees him hit the ground, but it's safe to say that that fall would kill him, right? Sure, if you don't happen to have a built in glider. Which Cap just happens to have. What are the odds?

Shroud manages to find a safe place to land that's obscured by other buildings. Once he and the others have landed and regrouped, you have a moment to collect your thoughts and travel toward the warehouse. You do manage to make your way around to the warehouse in question and stand on a street nearby. The one you know the Emerald Claw landed in. It's certain that one of you who knows about the group being involved has spilled the beans by now.
This is what you all know, generally, about this group - they are elite soldiers that were once the prized units of Karrnath, working directly for the king, but have since been disavowed a couple decades before the end of the war. Shroud, you have an understanding that the Order of the Emerald Claw operates much like a terrorist group. They have a deep desire to see Karrnath as the seat of power in a reunified Galifar - which is to say simply, that they believe Karrnath should have won the war of succession.
It’s dark now but the streets in the Azure Ward are always well lit. There are gold-plated oil lamp posts every thirty feet. The street outside the warehouse is wide, a line of apple trees in the middle sets it apart from other streets in the wards below. There are patches of grass and small gardens between the different towers. Four tall towers surround the warehouse. You can see lights and silhouetted persons within the windows.
The warehouse features only one entrance. The wooden double doors are wide enough for a horsedrawn cart to pass through. Beside the ballistae on the south side, two armored guards can be seen protecting the place.
