(Just to clarify, because I think I may have interpreted something wrong. Are the towers around the warehouse other buildings or are they part of the warehouse itself?)
Copper nods at Olen's question, and his eyes begin to glow spectral green. He peaks his head around the corner of the building they're crouching behind, then. "Can't see anything this far away. Gotta get closer."
Vasha floats gently overhead on her pilfered soarsled, hanging upside-down with her head at eye level. At Olen's direction, she gives a sarcastic salue, "Aye aye, Captain!"

As you gather your thoughts, you remember coming in hot and heavy - having to veer around to avoid being shot at by the ballistae that guard either side of this warehouse. It seems to be a fairly small warehouse, nothing like the ones you would see in the lower or middle wards of the city proper. You can be certain that the guys on the skycoach are likely informing the rest of their crew about you.
When Copper and Vasha walk by, they see there are two guys hanging out by the front door. A preliminary glance doesn't say too much.
I would like to see... an (investigation OR insight) check AND a performance check. Let's see how well you play couples... ;)

This was weird. This was awkward. Vasha had been used to hiding and taking on fake names before, but pretending to be a wife wasn't right. Even though the whole thing lasted a few minutes, she came off more like a drunken airhead. Worse yet, she was so distracted be the forced effort that she completely missed any details of the target.

Copper at first goes along with the couple ruse, but immediately realizes that the two of them wouldn’t fool anyone. So the shifter changes his strategy, instead trying to play the part of a stoic bodyguard, escorting this inebriated heiress down the street. Unfortunately Copper is equally distracted by the acting effort, but he does still glance with glowing eyes to see if he noticed any magic protections.
(Good point, Paradox. In Vasha's case, her roll would be the same since she is trained in both and Copper rolled very well so the outcome is mostly the same.)
Vasha and Copper manage to act somewhat orderly, though in many regards Copper manages to make up for any of Vasha's faults by acting as the put off husband with his quick thinking. Copper manages to see a faint hint of magic all over the outer part of the building. It seems to be abjuration class magic. The shifter has good reason to believe the building might be spelled or runed in such a way that the building can't be damaged unless by something big. Most hoity-toity buildings in the sky were rumored to be built with such protections.

Kinnik pushes through the euphoria of his first direct experience with flight. Sure, the soarsled was fun, but this was flying like he had only ever experienced in dreams. He asks Zeph to head back and he breaks the sense connection to his familiar.
Opening his brilliant blue eyes, he glances at Olen. "My apologies, friend. I think I'll need a bit more practice at seeing through Zephyr's mind before I can be of use in reconnaissance." He looks around as Vasha and Copper return, just as his flying squirrel alights on the kenku's shoulder.
"Our search party! What did we learn? Do we have eyes on the schema?"
Copper shrugs. "Buildings got some kinda abjuration magic, protective. We won't be able to do any damage to it but I mean we weren't plannin on bustin through the walls anyway. No sight on the schema unfortunately. What's our next move?" he asks Olen, happy to let the changeling be tactician.
"Ok, I'm starting to formulate a plan, but I'm going to need some more information."
Olen looks between Kinnik, Copper and Vasha,
"Kinnik, Copper and Vasha, you have all shown the ability for magic, do any of you have that spell that allows the caster to disguise themselves?"
"I can't remember what its called, but I have seen it used before."
Turning to Cap,
"Cap I have an idea for getting you onto one of the surrounding towers, but I'm afraid your going to have to stash your dashing cloths and try to take on the demeanour of a less flashy more work oriented warforged."
"But first we need to pick the right tower. I think I might be the right option for this..."
Olen considers something before continuing.
"Ok so the overview is this:"
"First we get Cap on a tower so he can make a glide jump down onto the warehouse."
"This gives us someone who can get a better view of the other side of the warehouse and possibly a way in, if the other half of the plane fails."
"Second, with Kinnik using Zeph to distract the front door guards, preferably in an entertaining way and not in a concerning way. Copper and myself, sneak up on the two guards from the sides, and see if we can take them out quickly and quietly. Vasha, you would stay back here with Kinnik, and wait to join in, if we fail to take them down in one go."
"If they don't go down in one go, we are going to need you to help, but if any of your spells are silent and preferably low on the visual flashiness, those would be best."
"We don't want to alert those inside if we can."
"Kinnik, you used some kind of magic back during the chase, it looked like you controlled one of the 'distractions', causing them to 'land'. Could you use this to help stop the guards from attacking, maybe get them to drop their weapons if they draw them?"
"If this part of the plan works, we quickly hide the bodies. I take one of the 'uniforms' and the face to go with it. If any of you have and disguise magic, you could take the form of the other."
"Then we try try entering the warehouse, and see if we can get to the schema, using a combination of stealth and deception."
"At that point, I will hopefully be able to work out an exit strategy, but without knowing the inside of the warehouse, I can't work it out yet."
Olen looks to Cap,
"If we fail our part, it would fall to you to try and get in and locate the schema, while we distract them outside, fighting for our lives."
"If we succeed in our part, we may need you to keep watch over us, if you can and maybe cause a distraction, to help us get away, when the time is right."
"You will need to play it by ear."
Olen looks around at all his friends,
"If this all goes to hell, we break and scatter into the skyway. If that happens, do your best to lead any pursuers away from our landing spot, and once you loose them, circle back around and meet at the landing spot, so we can work out where to go from there."
"So what do you think? If you are all in on the plan, I have a little recon to do and then we can put the plan into action."
Olen waits to see if there are any objections or suggestions to the plan, before he does anything else.
"I believe I can disguise myself, but I've never tried it before. Not sure how the beak will work but I'm game if you are."
He places Zeph on his shoulder. "Zeph and I can certainly cause a scene, but I'll be frank with you Olen, my puppet spell is hit or miss. Taking down that Biff character was a fluke; I can't guarantee that it'll stick."
He looks to the others and clears his throat. "Listen, we all have our reasons for helping boss keep hold of that schema. We might not be a highly trained team of mercenaries, but Boss chose us for a reason. We're some of the slickest, quickest thieves and low-lifes in Sharn. I don't know about you, but I'm not about to let the Gilded Lotus' bad name get dragged through the mud... More. We smash, we grab, and we leave."
Zeph stands up in her hind legs and chitters excitedly, super-pumped. "Are we ready?"

"Once there, come out onto the street, arm in arm, and walk down the street past the warehouse."
"Pretend to be a couple, just out for a stroll, walk right past the warehouse, without stopping."
"Try and get as good a look at the building as you can, without raising any suspicion."
Olen turns to Vasha,
"Vasha, if you can try and assess the place for visible security,"
Olen turns to Copper,
"Copper can assess it for magical dangers."

"So, what are we looking at? Copper, any magical defences? Vasha, notice any problems that we will have to deal with?"
