Zerys will move forward to at least Brundal's position to see if she can spot the fleeing gobos.
When you reach Brumdal’s position, you can only see the lone straggler that took a swing at Brumdal. He is not moving as fast as the other three. He’s about 25 to 30 feet away and is keeping his shield toward you as he backs away.
After Zerys performs the action, Markas will move up to BX-123 and peek around the corner of that tunnel that heads south to make sure nothing is waiting in ambush. If that corridor is empty, he'll switch to the bow and attempt to stick an arrow in that closest fleeing goblin.

With goblins routed and another victory, a new wave of confidence washes all over you: Amar, Brumdal, Markas, Pagan, and Zerys. You all feel like these experiences have grown your abilities as adventurers.
(Assuming Pagan and Brumdal do not chase them, otherwise this may change...)
Markas will go down the hall and retrieve his arrow. Does he notice anything further down the tunnel they fled?
He'll return to the party: "We either need to follow them down that tunnel or go through the door. I'm pretty sure just about everything knows we're here by now."
We should probably search the Ogre and anything we missed before we move on.
DM Question: I assume we need to do the things to our characters for Level 2? I think I get to choose a fighting style and get a spell or two. Do we roll our own Hit Point increase? Update: I did all the things, I think he's fully updated for Level 2 now.
Pagan drops to his knees with the blade of his sword pointing down. He says a short prayer and then rises and ceremoniously cleans and sheathes his sword. He then takes a deep drink from one of his wineskins.
"Arawn has feasted well today," Pagan says. "We should revel in our life!" He takes another pull from the wineskin.

With your darkvision, you can see the passage will end in a T-intersection 30 feet from where you stand now. Taking the right turn with your eyes, you can see into the beginnings of another guard room similar to the first one. To the left, the passage continues.

Yep, your character sheet looks good.
Regarding hit points, you can decide to either roll 1d10 or take 6 as your roll, but once you decide to roll you have to go with that number. In other words, you either get 6 more or you roll the dice and maybe you get more than 6--or less. In either case your Constitution bonus applies every level.
The way you have it now, it looks like you just took the 6, but if you want to gamble we can roll for hit points here.
Your characters Maximum Hit Points (Max HP) goes up each time you level up. The number it goes up is based on the Hit Die your class uses. You can either take a fixed number or roll randomly to see how many hit points you add to your maximum. Regardless of whether you take the fixed number or roll the dice you add your Constitution bonus to the total each time you level.
Let me know if you want to take the fixed number or roll.
The goblin misses!
Battle Map
@Zerys, your turn!
Zerys will move forward to at least Brundal's position to see if she can spot the fleeing gobos.
Zerys
When you reach Brumdal’s position, you can only see the lone straggler that took a swing at Brumdal. He is not moving as fast as the other three. He’s about 25 to 30 feet away and is keeping his shield toward you as he backs away.
You still have your action.
After Zerys performs the action, Markas will move up to BX-123 and peek around the corner of that tunnel that heads south to make sure nothing is waiting in ambush. If that corridor is empty, he'll switch to the bow and attempt to stick an arrow in that closest fleeing goblin.
Zerys will fling fire at the gobo that took a swipe at Brumdal. Recognizing at 25 feet it is at the edge of her range.
Zerys - Produce Flame vs AC 15: 22 Damage 6
Miss!
Markas
That corridor is empty.
Markas - Longbow vs. AC 15: 22 Damage: 11
No one has eyes on any goblins now. Three have fled (for the second time).
It is Pagan’s turn, if you want to pursue, or we can drop out of initiative.
Chasing them seems silly, besides there's that door...
Is that both Amar and Zerys’s opinion? ;)
In any case ...
Welcome to Level 2!
All characters are now level 2.
Eh probably
(Assuming Pagan and Brumdal do not chase them, otherwise this may change...)

Zerys heartily agrees with Markas; everything knows we're here. She'd be inclined to push the door.
Amar collects his arrows including the one that nearly marred Pagan.
Pagan drops to his knees with the blade of his sword pointing down. He says a short prayer and then rises and ceremoniously cleans and sheathes his sword. He then takes a deep drink from one of his wineskins.

"**** those Goblins."

I think my sheet should be updated.
Pagan has learned the art of focusing his Ki to do special attacks and defenses. He can also move faster.
