The door swings wide and makes a crash against the wall inside the room!
A small cooking fire in the space beyond the door casts light and shadows on several red-orange skinned large goblinoids.
"Form a line! Form a line!" cries a particularly impressive one with a big blue nose. The hobgoblins begin a scramble to obey this order. There chain mail armor and shields all making cacophony of noise. All begin to draw their longswords.

This long hall is 20 feet wide, but 50 feet long. There are heaps of cloth and animal skins for beds, various odds and ends of furniture and a small barrel.
Javon
Javon lets loose an arrow at the hobgoblin closest to the door!
Amar will cast Ray of Frost at a hobgoblin. Preferably one of the named "noses" first followed by any adult. Amar has serious trouble freezing children. Amar may move about 10 feet but doesn't want to be on an island. Too easy to get overwhelmed.
Zerys will follow the same protocol but with her produce flame. She has no qualms on the children, but prefers adult targets.
With the immediate threat seemingly eliminated by Javon, Markas will quickly swap to his bow and invoke "Hail of Thorns" and shoot an arrow at CJ-124 (can I do both in a single round?). If Pagan or Amar's actions make that a poor target (if one of them may get hit by thorns), I'll have secondary CI-126, or tertiary CJ-120. I'm trying to target what seems to be the most dangerous hobgoblins.
@Pagan, you don’t have line of sight on the closer hobgoblins because of the doorway and wall. You do have line of sight on the one giving orders, but he is at long range, so disadvantage.
One other option you could move forward, throw your dart, and come back.
Another option—and this goes for everyone—you could opt to go later in the initiative. That way space might open up to where you could end your turn both in range of your targets, but still on this side of tge door to watch Javon.

Ok. Pagan will hold his attack until a suitable target gets into range.
How about this... Since you've been waiting so long for me to just roll the dice, we do this:
Brumdal tries to knock the door down without Markas's help.
That leaves Markas with his action.

Javon holds position wanting to hang back behind the party and unleash attacks from his bow.
@Pagan, it is your turn.
The hobgoblin in space CK-128 is seemingly dead.
Remember you can all give your moves and actions in advance of your turn. Feel free to add contingencies.
Amar will cast Ray of Frost at a hobgoblin. Preferably one of the named "noses" first followed by any adult. Amar has serious trouble freezing children. Amar may move about 10 feet but doesn't want to be on an island. Too easy to get overwhelmed.

Pagan hurls a dart at the closest non-dead Hobgoblin. For now he wants to keep back at the rear of the party with "Johan Sebastian Spear".

@Pagan, your turn will come up again before the hobgoblins act (as they are surprised this round).
Forgot about the surprise round. So....... Pagan hurls a dart at the leader (disadvantage be damned!)
