Regarding the following: Of course you’re welcome to read what is in the spoilers, but it is up to you. Whatever is in the spoiler, please remember that only the character assigned to that spoiler knows that information. It’s up to you if you want to read it or not :)
Cora:
The bugbears take your weapons from your belt and wrap a blindfold over your eyes. They spin you around a few times to disorient you, and two of them begin to guide you to their leader. You travel down some stairs, and you feel the air getting cooler as you do so. Make a survival check DC18 if you’d like to try to remember your path through the hideout.
Rosli, Dani and Yasei:
From your location, especially if you scurry up to where Rosli is, you hear the above exchanging of words. You gather Cora has been unarmed, blindfolded and taken. If you’d like to peek in, I’ll get some stealth checks. Around 2 minutes have passed.

I accept anything they want to do to me. Here's the survival check. I think i'll roll with inspiration. This might be important in case things get hairy. DC18: 23
34 steps down. 26 steps leaning left. Air getting cooler. Right turn after 18 seconds. Can't see anything. Remember the steps, remember the path.
Yeah, nice! Ok, so.
Cora:
You sense them take you south. Your guess is two bugbears. Down the stairs, at the bottom you turn left and walk another 40’. You take note of another two guards which you pass on your way. You finally reach the end of a hall where it sounds like two heavy stone doors get scraped open. You’re shoved inside and left standing there alone as the two guards leave.
“Sh- She.. She is here, master.” You hear something breathe in a slimey voice. “Sh- shall we kill her?” It asks.
“Now, where would the fun be in that, little one? No, no, no… Far too generous.” A man replies in a strong voice. “After what SHE put me through- put my FAMILY through, she is a LONG way from death! Unblind her!”
You hear footfalls approach you from a third individual. A violent grasp pulls the blindfold from over your eyes and you see a tall, athletic Orc with a long blade stands silently. His pupils dilated, he seems like he has no soul. Familiar looking tattoos cover his lean body.. You recognise them from Xolag’s own skin. Could this be… Ryu?
Behind him on a stage, in the middle of a circle of chalk-drawn runes stands a hooded figure in a purple cloak. Behind him is a stone table with metallic medical like instruments and wires in an alchemical setup. An arachnid-esque creature with a long eel like neck, around the size of a newborn baby, sits on the person’s shoulder. The man slowly reveals himself. Aerik’s face and voice triggers a rush of memories and emotions for Cora. He looks just like he did on the day he died to the beholder Xanathar save one obvious feature- an eye patch covering his right eye. Cora now remembers.
Dani, Rosli and Yasei:
6 minutes have passed.

Rosli will look back at the group and without saying a word slip into the cave looking for any movement and tracking.

Cora blinked as the blindfold was removed. She looked up and saw a face she did not recognize. She stared for a moment, and then something happened she did not expect. She felt her head explode from the inside. It was the worst physical pain she had ever felt. She screamed in pain, and grit her teeth as she pressed her tied hands to her face. She fell to her knees, numb - like a million volts had just electrified her body. She coughed up blood and felt it dripping from her nose, maybe from her ears. She hung her head and bled. Trying to catch her breath, finally, the old personality finally overtook the new one. Two thousand years of memories rushed back at her like a freight train.
Her mind finally recalibrated, and Cora Perkins was never the same again.
YES! YES! YES! AERIK!
No! Please! I don't want to go! Please!
TO LATE! HE'S BACK!
Stop! I'm not ready to go! STOP!
IT IS TIME!
Please! I don't want to be that person! I don't want to! NO! Dani?!?! *****cat!! Yasei!! HELP!!! Dani! I love-
YOU LOSE! PREPARE FOR REORIGINATION!
(Screams in defiance - fades to eventual silence, dying. Dead.)
Welcome back, *****.
Cora's body twitched a bit while on her knees for a few moment. Her eyes focused and cleared up. Eventually, she looked up, looked around, taking in her surroundings. Her muscles didn't work yet. She tried to move her arms. I'm tied up? She tugged at her restraints. Why am I so..weak? Everything hurts. I can't feel most of my powers. Where I am? The portal worked. This isn't Hell. They couldn't find me. Amazing. I got away. My blades. She looked down. Ucchh, what am I WEARING? Who..?
She looked up. Looked at the man with the patch. Her breath left her chest. Could it be?
"Aerik." She whispered, knowing. "No. No. How? How is this even possible..?" She asked.
Aerik smiled. “Ahh, so you DO recognise me?... The only individual in this god forsaken realm who does. How? That does not matter. What matters is why, Perkins. You got me, my family killed! Maimed, slaughtered. I trusted you as a partner and you strung me up. Man, I’ve waited for this for so ******* long, Perkins.”

Cora took a moment. So much information to recall. It was so much to process.
"Wh-" she began, trying to find the words, to comprehend it all. "You're alive.." She looked around, trying to get a sense of her surroundings, she pulled against her binds. Her chest began to warm. "You're alive. But..I saw you die. We ****ed up. I ****ed up. All those centuries ago. That beholder crime lord. Yes. Now I remember. But..this is a trick of some sort..it must be. This..can't be. I saw you DIE! I SAW IT! Your family.. I MOURNED FOR YOU! I NEVER FORGAVE MYSELF FOR THAT. For what I DID!"
She pulled on the bindings, again, slowly sat up. "Untie me. What are you talking about? What are you waiting for. Why are you so mad at me? AERIK! WHAT IS GOING ON?!"
Again, she strained against her binds, her arm muscles straining and she grunted.

Perception: 8
Survival: 6
A familiar anger started welling up in her as her mind raced, as if something lost had finally found it's way home. It was almost orgasmic. She waited for Aerik's answer.
Aerik.
What are you doing here? How are you here? How is this possible? Where did I land? What planet is this? Oh ****..! The teleportation spell must have misfired. This isn't Earth. Or..is it? Shit. So many questions. Ok, relax, relax. Think. Let it all come back. Two thousand years is a long time. I'm in a cave, a cavern, i'm tied up, and Aerik is very angry with me. He has every right to be. I messed up. He trusted me. But that was ages ago. Hells, I need answers. Oh ****, I almost forgot.
Hell.
Rosli, Dani and Yasei:
Between the both of you, even if Yasei rolls a 1 on stealth as a group, you manage to successfully sneak in to the cave mouth enterance to get a peek. By now, it’s been 10 minutes.
You approach in and see the same cave opening as before. Three gnolls sit around, skinning freshly killed hydes. You spot a familiar looking set of refurbished machettes leaning against one of the boulders. (Cora’s weapons)
As you peer inside, two bugbears return from the south, and rejoin the gnolls for a short while before they both head out of view, towards the East.
Cora:
Aerik nods at the odd creature on his shoulder. It snickers something under it’s breath and Ryu in front of you draws his blade. He cuts you free of your bonds and slowly sheathes his longsword.
“I have... been ‘reborn’. Similarly to yourself, Perkins. My soul has languished for centuries, floating in the river Styx, too full of hatred for you and your stupid actions in order for me to be able to rest in peace. There must only be one reason you’re still alive, Perkins. For me to make you suffer as I have.”
He nods at the small creature on his shoulder, and it’s eyes flash. Ryu butts the end of his sword in to your stomach, winding you, taking 9 bludgeoning damage.

Not expecting the impact, Cora grunts out and doubles over. She tensed her fists and wanted to hit back, but she was still reeling from everything. She had so many questions. It all happened so long ago, the details were still..sketchy. Everything, every momento was still back home, but..probably destroyed in the battle with Hell. Now she had nothing. Again.
"My dead grandmother hits harder than that, you pig-stinkin' piece of shit." she says to Ryu, getting up. She turns to her old partner. "Aerik! Enough games! Come on. First of all, i'm alive because I made a DEAL with HELL. Why are you so angry? Don't you believe me when I say I ****ed up? I can't believe you're even alive! I was so sorry about what happened. I don't..I don't remember all the details..it's..it's been so long. Yes, I made mistakes. We BOTH did. It's just..that last one caught up to us. Caught up to you." Her voice lowers. "But I kept the pain. The regret. If you only knew. If you only KNEW how many LIFETIMES I've carried that guilt with me. I made a mistake that day. I loved you as a brother. Your family was MY family. Don't you see?? Don't you understand?!?"
"HOW IS THIS ALL POSSIBLE?!?" she screamed. She realized she was trembling with sadness. Anger. And regret.
She paused for a moment, trying to catch her breath not to cry.
"Who are all of these..people? Where are we? What planet is this? I have so many questions." she said softly. "Can we...can we just go home?"
All this time, Yasei has been sitting cross legged in meditation outside the cave, calmly counting down from 600 to zero. At zero, she immediately jumped up like Rosli that cat, and withered into the shadows upon stepping into the cave (Stealth: 5)
After seeing the bugbears leave the room, Yasei bull rushes into the room and slams one of the gnolls into the wall, while stabbig it with both her blades at the same time:
Katana Attack: 25 Damage: 12
Wakizashi Attack: 22 Damage: 8
Last to know and first to be blamed...
As a free action, can I regret my life choices?
Danica flowed like water in Yasei's wake. Targeting one of the gnolls she attacked with a flurry of punches and pressure point strikes.
Attack: 14 Damage: 6

Rosli will jump into action seeing her two other friends spring forth. Darting towards the unoccupied enemy Rosli will deliver a quick 3 punch combo (Chest, shoulder then jaw).

Attack: 16 Damage: 8 FoB
Noice surprise round guys!
The Gnoll Yasei targeted doesn’t stand a chance. Impailed by both blades and with a text book jab to the throat, it gargles and dies. Dani is quick to move on tot he next one, numming it’s muscles and reflexes by hitting it right in it’s vital points and Rosli is quick to follow up, sending the third gnoll into a coughing fit.
To move things along, I’m just gonna roll initiative for everyone.
Yasei: 13 Dani: 14 Rosli: 7
G1: 8 G2: 21 B1: 4 B2: 4

As you dive in, you see the two bugbears gawking from a room to the West, dragging a large barrel of ale. They quickly drop it, and reach for their weapons.
Rosli and Dani are up!
Cora:
With a grin, Aerik says “Yes, I understand Crispy Perkins. Oh, I understand fully. Perhaps your training on the force wasn’t good enough? I’m here to make. You. BETTER.” He nods at the small arachnid creature on his shoulder. It’s eyes flash and Ryu lowers himself into a battle stance, fists clenched. His eyes, pure white and face completely emotionless.
Ryu initiative: 6

Danica continued to pummel the same gnoll, determined to drop him quickly.

Now that it's on it's feet, it sees Dani coming. With uncanny speed, it manages to dodge and palm off each of your blows, either finding it's armour, or it managing to move at just the right times!
"Struth, just call me Jason Statham!" It says.

Having no weapons, Cora resorted to an untraditional attack at Ryu. She grabs him by the shoulders and headbutts him.
Attack: 20 Damage: 2
I use my bonus action to disengage towards any free weapon I can see.
”Aerik! Stop this madness! Kill me or make me better? Make up your mind..!”
