Masters of Eothia 1-20

From the flanks, Yasei charges into battle with a vigorous "BANZAIIIIII!!!!!!!" while surprise attacking monster #2 from the rear: (hehehehehehe)

KatanaAttack: 15 Damage: 6

Wakizashi Attack: 13 Damage: 8

-shink- Yasei glides past the rust monster in a flash. It stands there, stunned as she slowly sheathes her sword... just as she clicks it in place in the scabbard, the rust monster slowly divides in two down the middle, sliding apart.

Both Yasei and Cora seem to have some surface rust on their blades, but it will come off with a good buffing.

“Its UTZ BANZAI! KIA!” Cora explained to Yasei. “You rack disciprine.”

With a her tail flicking sporadically Rosli will run over to the next one (if she's in range) and begin to stomp at it like the large bug it is "Eww this thing is so disgusting"

Attack: 21 Damage: 5 Stompy

Attack: 9 Damage: 5 McStomp

Attack: 8 Damage: 4 Stomp

As Rosli drops the last stomp she will back up about 10' away and try flail the rusty residue off her foot.

Squish, squelsh, splat, the two who were after you are now stomped flat.

Survival checks to harvest their antennae please :p

Cora manages to hack one off, not very cleanly though.. 3left!

Rosli will sit down about 10' away from the one she killed and avoid eye contact with it or the party while slowly shaking her head "Why would anyone want that thing"

After Cora hacks off the first antenna Rosli will get up and poke around the area to see if she can find anything interesting in the area surrounding (she will stay in eye shot of the group while searching though)

12 Perception

Your keen eyes wander back to the scrap yard. All those intricate tunnels of rust must lead somewhere... Additionally, these crratures do not seem especially smart and co-ordinated.. what's posessing them to hoard all this metal and structure it this way...

Watatsumi flutters down and lands on Yasei's shoulder after the short battle.  Curling her long tail around Yasei's neck in a loving embrace, Yasei reaches up and absentmindedly scratches Watatsumi's head, lost in thought.  Mumbling out loud, she asks the air "What ARE those things?  What draws them to metal?  And what's with that huge complex of metal they've collected and built up here?"

Watatsumi's telepathically responds back to Yasei's question, after observing the beasts and their habits for a bit (Watatsumi's Nature check: 12).

"Well, here we go."

Doing the best she can, Cora wipes her blades off.

"I didn't know puppies shed this way, how gross. It's like..this STUFF..it's eating the metal away, or something?" she inquired.

She sheathed her blades and followed the group.

Nice! Between Dani and Cora, you salvage two very nice antennae and two acceptable antennae for the guild.

Watatsumi mostly communicates with physical actions- but it's broken common seems to be getting better! "Rrrusty doggos hachao munch one of theeai arcane menhallic Dragons?"

From here, I guess you could investigate the rust dump further if you're up for it (can always come back later) or you can head back to the guild with no dramas :) it's about early afternoon.

I'm assuming if we turn in, we get paid?

If so, i'll say let's turn in.

OOC: or maybe we search the metal rubble pile for arcane metallic dragon scales?  They’re one of the other items we can collect and turn in for coin, right?  Plus, it would do us well go get the experience and hopefully increase our PC’s levels!

Rosli will have a semi desperate look on her face when she hears Cora vote to go back "Maybe we could just take a peek?! I can go scout it out myself."

Cora looked to Rosli, and then Yasei and Dani.

"Well." She said, "Maybe just a peek, *****cat." She turned to the others specifically Dani. "Is that Ok?"

Danica smiled and nodded. "Sure. I will admit to some small curiosity about these creatures. However disgusting they might be."
