Seeign FC eat, reminded him to eat his Mana Bread, it was a simple, staple food of his order, and all they could really afford at the time. Azrael mentally recounted the spells he had chosen, though he still had to rest and meditate on them to have them for the day, atleast his power was intrinsic, so he need not carry a musty tome, as he was his own personal spell bank, and his spells were granted him by his deity.
Azrael saw what FC was doing, and would interject, saying While I appreciate the sentiment, I believe I am the only one here who cannot see in the darkness naturally, unless I am wrong about the half-elf, as I could very well be. I feel that light might be more of a detriment than a boon to our party, as it would only aid me, while it would also be a beacon to our enemies. I will allow you to do as you please but, you should take my words into consideration. Tis better to have one cripple but have the advantage, than to bring them down on us for the benefit of the cripple. And I would not want to be the reason we're caught, unless it is a situation like the night before.
Astrid, seeming full of energy again (where the heck does she get that from?!), offers to walk up front with the group tank (whomever that may be). "My eyes are extra cute, wouldn't you say? They allow me to see in the dark better than you all see in the light. He-he!" she giggle like a little sprite, and follows up with an adorable smile that lights up the tunnel.
Turning to Azrael, she turns on the charm. "I'll help you, big guy! Let me be your eyes, and you can be my....spirit?" She offers to climb up and ride on your shoulders, and could whisper in your ear, acting as your guide.
Half-elf? If your talking about me Scaley, Then ill have you know my eyes are the best of any of my crew-mates. Pheral only catches a few of Azrael's words as she saunters down the stairs for breakfast. The sarcasm and myrth is rich in her voice.
Well FC, don't you look dashing this morning. She sits down at the table, again with her back towards the nearest wall, and calls over the waiter. Ill have what he is having please. And all your orange juice. She points to the burger that FC is consuming.
So, whats on the agenda today ?

Azrael would shrug at Pherals words only saying You cannot expect me to remember your name when neither you, nor I, have ever truly spoken to the each other. Especially when I have noticed, all you do is lean against walls, Buy drinks from shoddy bars, and before that, contributing an entire Bolt to a fight, and missed a troll the size of a shed, that I put my life on the line to keep from killing us all. Your contribution thus-far, to this entire search... He would say, waiving his arm in an all encompassing way ...Has been to unlock a single door. So forgive me, if I feel you truly do not have a right to complain about anything, least of all me forgetting your name.
After that he would sigh, and say Regardless, forgive my outburst, even I am prone to them. But I react to fire, with fire. Bahamut forgive me, but I could have called you much worse than what you actually are. I stated an observation of fact.
His hands shifting in obvious religious signs, before, atleast, for his part, dropping it for the sake of the group cohesion.
To clarify, if he was truly hating against her, he would have called her a half-breed, like many races likely would, especially humans and elves.
CHAPTER ONE - A FRIEND IN NEED PART FIVE - THE GUILD HIDEOUT FOLLOW THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD. I MEAN ARROWS.
A putrid stream flows along this sewer tunnel, which leads in two directions. In one direction, you see a tiny symbol drawn on the wall in yellow chalk: a palm-sized circle with ten equidistant spokes radiating out from its circumference. The main sewer tunnel expands into a circular hub with a pair of arrow slits carved into its outer walls, directly across from each other. Two passages continue on to the north and south. A stone door is set into the back wall of a stone ledge to the west.
YOU GUYS ARRIVE IN THE SQUARE I MARKED IN MY CRAPPY MAP LOL There is a door that is unlocked - the entrance to the complex.
Astrid, sitting on Azrael's shoulders (I assume that's okay?), whispers in his ear the sighting of the yellow sign, as well as the overall layout of the sewers from what she can see. "I suggest, Father Az, Sir, that we head in the direction of the golden sign?"
Azrael did not mind it at all, so far, aside from being a little humorous, the gnome hadn't proven to be anything negative. And carefully following the instructions Astrid gave, he would proceed once the person(s) at the head of the party began to move. For once, Azrael did not want to be front and center, he couldn't see well, and what he could were just shadows within deeper shadows. Thank you, little Astrid. You continue to prove yourself an asset. he said, giving her what he assumes was a pat on the head, he wasn't sure as he could not see.
As soon as the stench assaulted Leon’s nose, his face twisted into one of disgust. Couldn’t have been a cave, huh? A sewer was the best place for a base, why not? The stink would turn away anyone, but unfortunately they had a mission to complete. Leon had to suck it up, and he did as he followed the others down the corridors of the place.

CHAPTER ONE - A FRIEND IN NEED PART FIVE - THE GUILD HIDEOUT LORD HAVE MERCY WHO DREW THIS MAP?!
Excellent you guys. <3 Ok, here we go. Last post for the evening =P
You guys climb OUT of the sewer water, and head to the square that I pathetically marked on the map above. There is a door here, and it's unlocked.
I'm so sorry for this crappy drawing haha. Ok. You all head along the blue arrow (just for illustration) towards the hallway leading to AREA 1 and AREA 2. Another long path leads to area 3.
FC remains quiet. Azrael remains quiet. Leon remains quiet. Lythril will need a stealth roll if you are trying to be sneaky, and detects nothing but sewer stench. Dani remains quiet, and also detects nothing but sewer stench. Astrid remains quiet, only because you're on Azrael - God knows why - and he passed his stealth roll, so you both are good. The stench of sewer greets your nasal passages. PHERAL: Hells, nice rolls, those would make even Crispy look bad. You find no traps, and you rolled excellent, so here's some information to share. AREA 1 is a messy room. Rusty weapons and threadbare clothing litter the floor of this area, which appears to serve as a coat room and armory. It contains nothing of value. AREA 2, as you quietly peek your head, contains two goblins, who are fast asleep. If you all wish to sneak past them and head to AREA 3, it's a DC9 DEX (Stealth) check.
