Unfortunately, two devils get away, and the last one ducks into an alley. It's the dead of night, so there's not too many people around. You take a moment to catch your breath.
Looking at the map below, you start on the left side of the map at the alley entrance.
Parked in the middle of the alley is a hire-coach pulled by two draft horses, facing the east alley exit. The driver, a human male, wears a feathered cap and matching outfit - looking quite shocked and confused. A bodyguard is sitting next to the driver, also with a face of confusion. An elderly tiefling male is in the coach, peeking his head out.
Leon takes a second to get his breathing back to normal before he decides to look around the alley for anything of interest.

As his eyes landed on the group, a voice in the back of his head nagged at him. Something wasn’t right. What were they doing here?

"Nufin' to concern yaself with, sir." FC says, pulling his leathers down and patting them over his belly. He makes himself known to the older tiefling, hoping he will be of some reassurance. Persuasion: 8
"What's a man of fine esteem like you doin' in a place like this, eh? Can I be of help to ya?" FC is quite intrigued by this guy and his business.
Azrael, having apparently found nothing else of value in any of the rooms, no clues, no nothing, finally calms down. Letting out a sigh as the adrenaline subsided. Apparently these homeless were too scared to leave. And since he had no idea where the rest of the group was at this point, he would head back to the cultists upstairs once last time, and loot their shortswords, if nothing else, he could get some money for those.(2 or 4?)
He had used a lot of energy in that burst of raw power, it felt intense.. amazing that he could do so much all at once, and he thanked Bahamut. He made his way out of the building, and unless she was gone somehow, he would hold up the woman from before that they had tied up (forgot her name lol..) the one who had joined the cultists, and slapped her awake after his hand was already around her throat to make sure she couldn't get away and pinning her high against the wall, holding her at what would be eye level for him.
(If needed, Athl check to hold her up: 12, and Athl check for grapple: 20)
(If she doesn't break free from the checks...)
As Azrael pinned her to the wall, holding her up by the throat, he would tell her Arn, and the woman are dead, by my hand. Consider it a Final Gift, before I send you to the hell you worshiped. Remember this, as you go; Life is full of choices. All choices have consequences. He began repeatedly casting Shocking Grasp Until she died and turned to ash.
The lightning crackling with various intensity. Leaving a charred shadow against the wall.
(if needed... Athl checks between each attack: 17 - 16 - 13 - 4 - 20)
If at some point, she managed to get away from his grip, he would use his attack of opportunity to cast Lightning Lure (DC13)

If he ended up turning her to ash, or somehow she managed to get away, eventually, he would make his way around to the city watch and inform them of both the cult activity that was there, and of the homeless, before leaving to make another attempt at his faction quest.
Leon: On the left side of the alley, there is a residence, and a storefront that appears closed. Your insight roll give you the smallest feeling that something is NOT right, but..then again.. it's not uncommon for people to be out late at night after visiting a tavern, for example. Right? You ask. Second guessing yourself.
FC/Lythril: "No, thank you! Did see a thing." the older tiefling says as his head peeks out of the wagon. "We're just heading home after a night on the town. Good day to you all!" And with that, the wagon starts to depart.
Azrael: The woman provides you no resistance. As you murder her, she reflects on what a mistake it was to join the cult - for she was naive and coerced by the love of her boyfriend. She was comforted by the fact that soon she would be reunited in Hell with her lover. The City Watch is very grateful for your information. They make you fill out a report, and thankfully no one saw you fry a woman to azsh. Also, the picture you posted is indeed not who is in the wagon. =P
Astrid stands there, scratching her right ear, confuzzled. (Investigation check: 10).
To the rest of her group: "Something is fishy with these folks. I can't put my finger on it, but I think the demon is one of them....transformed? Can one of you big boys maybe put the brakes on that fleeing wagon?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Leon squinted as he observed them making their way while he listened to Astrid's words.
"It is a possibility... Something is off." It annoyed him that he couldn't put his finger on it. Without a second thought, he made a slight jog to the wagon, right in front to grab their attention.
"Excuse me, sirs, I apologize for the intrusion--" He started. "I do understand it's late but, ah, I am a naturally curious thing, were you in that shop just now? What, um, is it that they sell?"
Deception: 21
Leon hoped to the Gods that one of his teammates were inspecting them further as he tried to distract them.

"What in blazes is going on here?!" He cries.
Perception 8 to try to see the creature and stealth 11 to hide from it.
Ok, who let Whill Weaton touch my dice?
Grianne Wildpaw: Wood Elf Druid level 12 (8W-4L)- - Coliseum of Conquest: Master of Faerie Fire. Just don't ask her to spell it.
Grianne Wildpaw: Wood Elf Druid level 6 (2W-1L)- - Coliseum Reborn : Master of a Myriad of forms.
Runt, the Stormchosen: Half-Orc barbarian level 5 -- The Guild
Tomoe Gozen: Human Fighter Samurai level 5 -- Cronero (Solo Campaign)
LOL! You don't see the creature, nor do you hide successfully. The men look at you with confusion and now, concern.
