Interestingly enough, the Nimblewright detector leads you right to Gralhund Villa. Lord and Lady Gralhund's Villa sits in the middle of an upper-class residential neighborhood in the North Ward. YOU ARE LOCATION G1.Here are some general facts to keep in mind:
1. The streets around the villa have pedestrians and coaches traveling along them at all hours, though traffic is heavier during the day. There are people watching you ALWAYS in some shape of form.
2. The estate is enclosed by 12-foot-high stone walls that require a successful DC 15 Strength (Athletics) check to negotiate without the aid of climbing gear or magic.
3. Neighbors and bystanders alert the City Watch if they hear loud, disturbing noises (such as a thunderwave spell) coming from the estate or if they see anything suspicious. It would take mere minutes for them to arrive.
4. All ceilings in the mansion are 20 feet high.
STEALTHING: Sneaking in or out of the villa without being seen or heard by neighbors and passersby requires each character to succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity (Stealth) check. A character who has proficiency in the Stealth skill can take disadvantage on the check to grant advantage on another party member’s check (essentially compensating for a less stealthy companion).
G1 - LOCKED GATES (YOU ARE HERE)
Through a set of ornate iron gates, you can see a yard with several large trees, as well as two footpaths that lead to a two-story brick mansion and eastward toward a detached coach house.
*Tink Tink* Lyhtril lightly taps on the gate. "Hellooo the house!"
[assuming somebody answers the gate]
"Hi there! I was in the neighborhood with my crew and noticed your trees are in need of some love. Oh sorry, I'm Lythril, you may know my Nuncle, he's the caretaker for the city parks?" she asks. "The poor things are going all over with seasonal fungus. That can't be good. Would it be OK if we took a look around? FREE of charge! I just hate to see the greenlife suffering." *pout*
**NO deception on her part, all truth.**

"............anybody got any potatoes? We could drop a potato in each hole an' see which ones get viciously mauled by horrible monsters?"
Azrael stood behind Lythril, curious as to her overall intentions, with such an obvious greeting. But he preferred her method to attempting to sneak in anyway. THough he couldn't help but think it likely the place was abandoned like Trollskull had been when they had first received it.
The manor from this position, is strangely quiet. Lythril's call goes unanswered. People, going about their business, and carts going up and down the street, are the only noise you hear at the moment. It's possible no one's home, which is unlikely, or that no one can answer the door right now. You know there is at least one occupant - the nimblewright detector is going nuts, as Pheral plays with the trigger, making the umbrella spin wildly. Any spellcaster, make an DC10 Arcana check for me?
From the gate, you can see that no one is currently in the Yard, AREA G2, and you can see a balcony leading to AREA G17. Now, this is the part that gets tricky, and here's why:
WARNING: As a reminder, full Waterdavian laws are in effect. Just like in real life, you are all citizens in a society. KEEP THIS IN MIND. The City Watch is numerous and plentiful around here. Any illegal or violent behavior THAT GOES NOTICED/WITNESSED BY COMMONERS OR THE LAW WILL RESULT IN EITHER SUSPICION, ARREST, OR LEGAL ACTION. You have been warned.
OOC: Is G3 a back delivery door into the house? If so, I suggest we make a milk delivery...."Hi there, the usual milk delivery dude is sick, so the boss asked me to make his runs for him today. I'm here with your milk!" kinda thing.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
OOC: That's what I was going for =) If we enter openly/legally we don't have to worry about the fuzz. And if our target flees, all the witnesses hanging about can point us in the right direction.
Lythril summons a passing patrol, "Excuse me ma'am/sir? Would you happen to know who lives here? No one? Who do we talk to if we're interested in buying? We'd like to see the house so we can decide if it's right for us. " *smile smile* Deception 4

Leon’s eyebrow twitched, a look of frustration made way on his face. “There has to be another way... Regardless of it is at night or not there is always someone watching or listening, and if any of us makes a mistake it’s over for us.”
He sighs thinking up suggestions to tell the group. “We could simply... report it to the guard, no? Or ask who ever lives here passage.”

Azrael would honestly agree with Leon, patting him on the back. Indeed. The law are already after the nimblewright anyway, they just do not know that they are. If we simply report it, and explain we are here on a mission from the Gond Temple, I'm sure they will, at the very least, allow us to continue our mission, if only to help them solve their own case. We have nothing to fear if they allow us inside. And as this may be someone completely innocent's home, they may be ignorant that something so dangerous is here. That or they're complicit with it and just as guilty. Perhaps... Azrael thinks for a moment, as a wonderful idea comes to him Perhaps by gettign the watch to realize that we've helped them in the past, and if we help them find out who the culprit of that recent attack near us.. they'll allow us to honorarily do as we please in the future? As we've already proven to be on their side. Making things we do after this much easier, as we can explain we're after the bad guys again.
Azrael hoped he was right, because if they could, they would be able to move much more freely in the future, and he preferred being on the side of the law anyway.
"Why don't we just.. check out that delivery dock first before we go negotiating with the fuzz." FC suggests.
This was difficult for him. This is why he considers himself a people person, not a flipping ninja. Yes, perhaps FC was trying to turn a new page and conduct his business above board, but he still feels ruffled dealing with the law. He'd much prefer others risking their own necks for a bit of coin. Why was the puppet master now becoming a puppet? Who's pulling his strings here? No, he does not like this one bit.
"Maybe I'll ahhh, just support the most popular decision. You're all professionals here."

Arcana: 11
You can tell that the lock of the main gate is protected by an Arcane Lock spell. It won't be easy to get in by force, or picking it.
OOC: Is G3 a back delivery door into the house? If so, I suggest we make a milk delivery...."Hi there, the usual milk delivery dude is sick, so the boss asked me to make his runs for him today. I'm here with your milk!" kinda thing.
Last to know and first to be blamed...
As a free action, can I regret my life choices?

Pheral thinks to herself. This wall is a bit to much for me to climb. Magic bars the gate. Would be easier at night with fewer eyes.
Why don't we try again later tonight. This gizmo works well, so if he is still hiding here, we will know.
