[I lost track of whose turn it is but just in case...]
Zephyr takes flight as Barbara tries to tackle the goblin. When it escapes, she follows it to keep it in the light while trying to stay out of it's reach [10 ft over its head if there is room]. She will try to dodge any attacks directed her way.
Perry blindly shuffles after everyone to try and help.

Tangle searches the goblins for anything useful (but she leaves any loot). Then she looks to figure out how to get back to where she first ran into the goblins (the far end of the tunnels).

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
As Tangle pulls back the hood of one of goblins' cloaks to search begin searching them she sees that the face has been horribly disfigured. The skin is rough, cracked, and flaking. The face is grey in color, patches of skin and muscle have been removed from its cheeks revealing the jaw and teeth beneath. Sickly black veins surround the eyes of the creature, in the center of its forehead you see a third, pure blue eye staring back at you. A quick look reveals that all the goblins share similar features except for the eye, which is only on one of the goblins. There is no loot besides their thrown together leather armor and the bows, arrows and scimitars they carried.
Barbara calms herself, "In through the nose, out through the mouth. In through the nose, out through the mouth..." Trying to wipe off the filth from her hair and clothing while staying near to the light, "wretched curs, I was hoping to catch one for questioning but it wormed its way out of my grip. Looks like he was running this way for a reason. Anyone happen to speak goblin and understand what they were talking about? Any of this look familiar Tangle?"
Tangle shakes her head. "No, I have never seen this before, but they are a corruption of an already corrupt race. Whatever has done this is evil."
She will try to ascertain which way we should head to get back to the place where she originally saw the goblins. She's interested n getting there, but also in knowing if the goblin who was instructed to run away was heading back there, or away from there. Throwing a Survival check out there: 21

When he realizes that all the goblins are dead, Fenchurch walks back, and sees the strange eye in its center. This leads him to wonder if he had overheard anything about such an aberration while sweeping floors at the University.
Fenchurch: You've heard vague tales about magical creatures that use eyes as a form of far seeing, but nothing seems to match exactly what has happened to this creature. Most uses of said magic don't usually deform the holder in such a way. As you examine the eye it seems to swivel slightly in the indentation of the goblin's skull as each new person approaches it.
Tangle: Taking a moment, you are able to find the path you followed before.
Tangle quickly covers the eye with an edge of the goblin's cloak/clothing. Then she mimes that they should move away, and then she urges everyone to follow her to where the goblins were headed when she first ran across them. Quietly, so as not to alert what she considers a spying gem, she will say, "The guard will have the city protected, best they are able, we should proceed to see what evil acts these goblins were planning outside of the walls. If you will follow me, we will have some merriment, I warrant."

Barbara takes out a small utility knife and slams it into the eye. "Tangle might be right, I wouldn't know where to begin searching through these sewers, it could take us days to search them. We may be more useful topside."
"Not... 'topside'" Tangle tries the weird word out. "These tunnels travel far out of the city, underground. That is where I first found these goblins. I would take us there, through the tunnels, to foil what deviltry they are doing."

[Can I do a medicine check to see if it is some disease or physical mutilation causing the flesh to be missing and darkened veins? It might not be 100% magical]
Perry mutters a prayer for guidance as he moves to examine the bodies. Zephyr helps by holding the light close the goblins' faces.
I keep my previous action, but try my best to avoid running past the goblin.

I'm also going to keep my previous action, as outlined in #537 here, which was after we figured out there was just the one goblin left.

Wolf pup's arrow flies wide almost hitting Barbara. As the goblin flees, Tangle's arrow pierces the goblin's skull and its body flops to the ground.
All the goblins are down, with that the tunnels fall silent.
