Akkron considers for a brief moment... then casts hold person at 6th-level, targeting all five of the cultists, who must make a DC 21 Wisdom save or be paralyzed for the duration.
These people have done nothing to you, he says, his voice dripping with what can only be described as deep disappointment. I have already given you my only warning; your lives are forfeit.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Akkron realizes he's probably going to get hit a bunch of times by these guys... so he decides he's going to make sure that they pay for it.
With his action, he casts Fire Shield (selecting the Chill Shield option). While it is active, he has resistance to Fire damage and each creature that hits him with a melee attack takes 2d8 Cold damage.
The icy shield covers you like a second skin. Seeing this the Strange Figure moves Near towards the temple and presses his blade against the wood already piled up lighting ablaze.
Akkron's fury burns... and so does his chest, which is currently being chewed on by a giant monster. The temple is on fire... this must end now.
He lets out a sheer, primal psionic screech, targeting the cultists and the two beasts. He has no idea if the massive creatures have the capacity to be effected by the spell... but putting down the cultists is a huge priority right now.
Each of the targeted creatures must make a DC 21 Intelligence save or take 49 psychic damage and become Stunned (half damage on success)
Akkron backs up a bit from the two lizards... then unleashes a Cone of Cold to try to take all of them down now that they're all stunned. It should be able to hit both lizards and presumably at least most of the cultists. And also stop the fire.
DC 21 Con save or take 33 Cold damage (half damage on success)

Round 4
The scene seems surreal as most enemies are stunned and or are locked into a prison of magic paralyzed.
The fire spreads to the door. You hear coughing noises from behind the door from many people.
Akkron's Turn.
