Vhon - Level 2 Warlock - What shall become of the Drunken Sailor?
Vigan waits for a lull in the exchange of arrows before sprinting out the door of the inn towards the goblins, ducking down as best as he can behind one of the boulders close to them.
Rixton sprints forward and positions himself behind a boulder in the northeastern part of the village square . Meanwhile Andor fires an errant crossbow shot that lands somewhere in the thatched roof of the house, and Vigan exits the inn, strides across the square, and attempts to hide as much of his hulking frame as possible behind a boulder.
Vigan:
From his new vantage point, Vigan spots a pair of goblins (#7 and #8) slinking behind a house to the east (grid square W17). Each has a shortbow drawn; both notice the goliath as he crouches behind the boulder.
(Round 4 actions remain for Ladrian and Carrow, to be followed by the friendly neighborhood goblins)

Carrow
With a grunt from the Half-Orc one of the goblins arrows had found its mark, merely a scratch. Not wanting to lose sight of the goblin in question Carrow remains on overwatch and fires another shot towards his foe. (5)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Carrow's shot finds its intended target; the arrow sticks in the goblin's left shoulder. Ladrian continues his flanking movement, and he reaches a boulder that destroyed the northern portion of a small farmhouse. As he slides in safely behind the boulder, Ladrian sees a pair of halfling feet protruding from beneath the massive rock. It seems this boulder did more than just destroy the house.
Goblin 4 , now viewing Vigan as a greater threat, turns its arrows on the goliath (+2 AC for 1/2 cover).
Shortbow attack : 7 | If successful, then 7 piercing damage
Goblin 5, wincing from the wound caused by Carrow's shot, seeks to return the favor and fires yet another arrow at the ranger (+5 AC for 3/4 cover)
Shortbow attack w/ range disadvantage : 7 | If successful, then 5 piercing damage
Vigan:
You see goblins 7 and 8 move, disappearing somewhere behind the other house, likely grid square U15. To prevent the other players from metagaming, these two goblins will not appear on the updated map.
Ladrian:
Seemingly out of nowhere, two more goblins (#7 and #8) appear from the opposite side of the house you've just approached. Both have their shortbows drawn as they slink to grid square U15. You can see that their focus is on the action in the village square. To prevent the other players from metagaming, these two goblins will not appear on the updated map.
Crouching behind the boulder, Vigan keeps an eye on the 2 goblins to his south. He watches Ladrian sprint towards a gathering of three small houses in the southeast corner of the village, disappearing behind the one closest to him. Out the corner of his eye, he notices movement on the other side of a house that had narrowly missed a direct hit from a boulder.
More goblins... The goliath's brow creases deeper. That fool is going to run right into them!
Unsure whether the goblins to his south were focused on him, or had even noticed him behind the boulder in the heat of battle, Vigan shout to Ladrian, knowing he may well attract some unwanted attention...
"LADRIAN! Two more goblins the way you're headed!"
Too far away to physically help, Vigan instead attempts to flank the two goblins firing arrows at Carrow and himself. Moving round the house to his right, he reaches the end of the wall and peers round the corner. Testing the weight of one of his handaxes, he launches it at the nearest goblin.

Rixton:
"I don't know, little friend," I say to the snake on my arm. "That's a tough shot." I pull myself down into cover and wipe some of the rain from my eyes. "I think I'd rather up my odds."
I dart across the square between the well and the giant hole where Nightstone's "night stone" used to be. (Passive perception: Do I notice anything about the hole as I run past?) I stop behind the next boulder (The northwestern edge of M13) and, seeing an opportunity, steady my aim at the goblin southeast of me (Goblin 5).
"Calmness," I say, and inhale rapidly. I relax, steadying my aim, and then breathe out. The bow thrums musically as the arrow zips towards my target.

Andor
Hearing Vigan warn Ladrian of more goblins and knowing that he is out there on his own Andor moves out of the stable and runs around towards Ladrian's position (S12) looking for the enemy.
Seeing a pair of goblins waiting to attack the rogue Andor decides to use a different spell, calling forth a jagged blade of ice he launches it at the closer of the two
Vigan leans around the corner of the farmhouse and hurls one of his handaxes at goblin #4. The throw goes wide, however. Rixton, moving station to station, reaches another safe spot before loosing an arrow at goblin #5. The rogue's aim was true, and the goblin breathes its last breath as the arrow sinks deep into the creature's chest.
Rixton:
Quickly eyeing the spot where the nightstone once stood, Rixton isn't able to gain any insight into the recent goings-on in the village.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Andor steps out of the safety offered by the stable and a moment later sees the two goblins lurking behind the farmhouse (square U15). Moments later a wicked-looking shard of ice leaves the sorcerer's hand and strikes goblin 7 squarely in the face, killing the creature instantly. The shard then explodes, showering the area with thousands of tiny blades of ice.
DEX save for goblin 8: 19
The second goblin in the area reels momentarily from the powerful effect of the sorcerer's spell. Although severely wounded, the creature appears committed to fighting on.
Round 5 actions for Carrow and Ladrian remain, who will then be followed by the goblins. Brief update on goblin locations and status:
Goblin 4 (square L19) not yet wounded
Goblin 8 (not pictured on the above map) is located at U15 and is severely wounded.
Ladrian's shot is off target, and his arrow sticks into the side of the farmhouse. The goblin, wholly unaware that another foe was so near, looks to his right and makes eye contact with Ladrian. The look on the goblin's face is a mixture of shock and fear.
(Carrow's round 5 action is next; the goblins will follow)
Seeing his new companions move forward he steps from the Inn and moves to stand behind the boulder closest (11O) bringing his bow up he sights a new target (Goblin 4) and fires.
Carrow looses another arrow at the goblin that has somehow managed to avoid all harm thus far. The shot narrowly misses as it ricochets off the corner of the farmhouse next to the goblin.
Shouting at the top of its lungs, "Nizrak tenu! Tenu!" goblin 4 seems to be calling for a retreat. He and the other goblin immediately abandon their posts and run south as fast as they can. It seems as if they may be headed toward the broken bridge that leads to the keep.
Round 5 comes to a close. Players actions may be taken for round 6 in any order. Updated map below. Black X's = slain goblins. Red X's = slain worgs.
Creating a momentary flash of brilliance on this gloomy, rainy day, the blue light shoots forth from Andor and sends the fleeing goblin to his death. Only one goblin remains; he is roughly 30' from the wooden bridge.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rixton:
My arrow struck true! But before I can even celebrate, a scuffle erupts to the east and the goblins are calling out to retreat. "Slippery buggers," I mutter. I dart to the southern edge of the square (N16) and line up another shot at the fleeing goblin. It is right on the edge of my ability. I push out my breath and release the arrow, watching it sail perfectly down the path.
Shortbow Attack: 13 Damage: 5
