Ladrian and Carrow take their shots and make their movement as the chess match continues with hill giant #2. Ladrian's crossbow bolt is off the mark, but the ranger's arrow strikes the giant, who also fails to avoid the shower of thorns from Carrow's spell. (9 additional piercing damage)
The cumulative damage to hill giant #2 is beginning to take its toll on the brute. Arrows and bolts are causing blood to stream from multiple piercing wounds. The adventurers see that very soon one of their foes may fall.
(Actions for Andor and Vigan are next, followed by the giants)
Seeing the giant stagger Andor hopes to end the threat as quickly as possible, channeling his deeper powers he creates a strong wind lifting him up and away from the giant whilst simultaneously forging an icy shard in his hand which he hurls at the giant. Landing he continues to move back into the house, hoping to distract the enemy whilst taking cover.
Bonus action: Tempestuous Energy
Attack: Casts Ice Knife11 for 2 and 4 cold damage if fail DC13 Dex save.
Movement as far as possible inside the house.

Vhon - Level 2 Warlock - What shall become of the Drunken Sailor?
The sorcerer's shard of ice strikes its target squarely and then bursts into tiny fragments that shower the giant as he continues to lumber toward the house.
The goliath, standing over Rixton's body, prepares himself for the fight of his life. He had taken down a giant before, as part of a group of his fellow tribesman, but this was the first time he would go toe-to-toe with one alone - at least until his companions felled the other giant.
Stepping over the body, he removes the stoppers from 2 potions. Holding the first up to his face, he notices a giant's fingernail floating in it. Not the most appetizing thing I've ever seen..., he thinks, shrugging his shoulders and downing the liquid, fingernail and all. The second potion, blue and bubbling, goes down much easier.
The effect on Vigan is instant. The veins in his arms and neck bulge, as if carrying a raging river of blood, and his already impressive physique noticeably increases.
Planting his feet into the soil, face set in grim determination, he awaits the charge of the giant.
Move from Q21 to S18 as my move
Chug Potion of Heroism and Potion of Hill Giant's Strength as action and my Action Surge.
(Also, please use the obvious scene from any Popeye cartoon as a visual aid for above.)
Both giants continue their enormous strides toward the little people that have proven to be such a nuisance. Each brute strengthens his grip on his greatclub, for he knows his next attack will finally allow him to pulverize someone. Hill giant 2, with pain and rage in his eyes, approaches Ladrian; hill giant 1 grins broadly as he stands before Vigan."Puny half-giant!" he blurts out in Giantish as he prepares to exchange blows with the goliath.
(Hill giant 2 stands at N24; hill giant 1 at T17. Carrow and Ladrian may now take their actions)
Facing the giant but still watching Vigan and Rixton in a greater threat he curses mostly to himself "Damn it, I going to regret this, but you're in more danger than me", using Cunning Action to disengage from Giant #1 and shoots at Giant #2 to get him off his friends or trying to finish him with Sneak damage added due to Vigan being near him.
Seeing the Goliath make his stand the ranger has to make a decision, he turns the horse from the corner of the homestead towards Rixton the second giant closer now he charges towards the rogue. In one swift movement Carrow leaves the saddle, landing firmly beside Rixton he slaps the horses rump into a retreat. Stooping low he mutters a single word "Mend" whilst laying on hand on the rogues exposed skin.
Hoping to take advantage of a sneak attack, Ladrian fires his crossbow at hill giant #1, who looms over Vigan. Distracted by his effort to disengage from his own foe, however, Ladrian misses his target badly. At nearly the same moment, Carrow utters a quick incantation that spurs Rixton to full consciousness and ushers in a bit of healing to his wound.
(Actions for Andor, Rixton, and Vigan are next. The hill giants will follow)
Updated map (Ladrian's position is assumed, after moving 30' during has last action):

Rixton:
I gasp a painful breath as Carrow's magic mends my bones and flesh. I ache all over but I make myself stand (costing 15' of movement) and assess the situation. "Gods dammit," I mutter to Carrow. "It happened again, didn't it?"
Vigan is going toe to toe with a giant. He looks to be in good health still. Vigan that is. The giant too, for that matter. Ladrian is fleeing the other giant, which looks to be in much poorer health. Thrust back into the fight, I have to choose. Taking down one giant helps us all. I look at the weakened giant (#2) for a weakness.
Insightful fighting: 11 (if the giant fails a deception check, I get to use sneak attack)
Picking up my bow, I nock an arrow (+1) and take aim, specifically at the right side where he is favoring his ribs. I exhale and fire:
Attack: 24 Damage: 11
Sneak attack damage (if my attack hits AND the giant fails a deception roll): 7

Andor
With both giants still standing and melee inevitable for some at least Andor moves to the doorway and throws as much power as possible at the hulking brute outside the farmhouse (Giant 2) burning through his inner reserves as quickly as possible he casts another Ice Knife in the blink of an eye and immediately follows it up with another icy blast before ducking back inside. "Ladrain, get out of there! I'll try and slow him."
Quicken Spell (2 sorcery points) on Ice Knife attack 16 for 5 cold damage and 9 cold damage if DC13 Dex save is failed. (this is a bonus action)
Then action to cast Ray of Frost attack 10 for 4 cold damage
The faltering giant is somehow able to avoid being struck by the sorcerer's magical shard of ice and its ensuing explosion. That would be the brute's final bit of heroics, however, for he was unable to avoid Andor's next act of sorcery. Blasted by the frigid beam of blue-white light, the giant can withstand no more. His legs buckle beneath him, and he crashes to the ground and exhales his final breath.
(Vigan's action is next. The hill giant's will follow)
Focused on the giant in front of him, he hears the crash of the other as it hits the ground. With the confidence of someone with 4 allies at his back, he snarls at the giant.
"Drop your club and show me your throat, giant, and your end will be quick."
Vigan readies his glaive and awaits the giant's attack.

Vigan
The goliath dodges the first swing of the giant's club, ducking under it as it travels in an arc over his head. In response, he attempts to slash the giant's midriff with his glaive.
With Rixton now back on his feet the Half-Orc gives a grunt. Bow in hand once again he side steps to get a better angle on the Giant currently in melee with Vigan and fires.
