(OOC: LOL @ Oops. I thought it was an open wagon.)
As the group is journeying back to headquarters, after some time Tarkin jumps out the wagon to relieve Thardigord who is leading the horses. "I will take over my friend, you go relax in the wagon. There is a spot in the back corner I made up that you can actually get some quiet." Tarkin see's Thardigord slip into the back of the wagon unseen, after a few moments Tarkin hears a commotion in the wagon and stops the horses. "Hey what's going on back here? What are you guys up to?"

**Don’t facilitate this! Also, for the record, I had a Conestoga type wagon in mind. This should be interesting**
“What? Oh, Thardigord got a small bit of that hallucinogenic poison into his eyes, started to see things. You saw how powerful that stuff could be.” Nadarr takes out his water skin and uses it to flush out the dwarf’s eyes. “It wasn’t too much, he should be fine.”
**Do I need a second deception check or does the first one still apply?**
OOC: I thought we were using an open cart attached to a horse like the one from Monty Python's holy grail movie where they shout "bring out your dead" scene. Anyways, I'll leave it to the DM if Thardigord noticed Nadarr's magic.
(OOC: This is more what I had in mind as the cart/wagon, so Profgenclean's idea would be closer. I'll try to make my descriptions and word usage better in the future. Sorry for the confusion. As for the rest of what is going on, I will say that 1) It would be unlikely that Thardigord had seen Nadarr's use of magic due to his placement at the front of the cart and that it was a brief glow of the hands, and not prolonged. 2)Unless stated somewhere and I didn't catch it, Nadarr wouldn't know about the hallucinogenic effect because at the time Nadarr was with Thardigord and the kobold. The only ones who would know about the effect would be Umuni, Mattias, and Tarkin. I won't force a retcon of previous posts, I'm personally not a fan of retcons unless it is absolutely necessary. As for now, let us continue... suddenly a mud dragon attacks :P)
As you all make your way back to Risingsun with the sun setting in the west casting shades of reds and yellows across the horizon, a chill creeps through the air as night begins to approach. You begin to hear sounds of the nocturnal creatures as they come out for their nightly escapades; the howls of coyotes of in the distance, the high pitch chirps of bats as they dart over the Black River. All in all, it is a fairly uneventful start to the night. The aches and fatigue from the morning's travel and the fight from the toad start to sink in as it begins to grow later into the night, the thoughts of either making camp or pushing on to town cross through some of your minds.
What do you all want to do?

"Theo did say it would take a day's walk to travel. It's wise to set up camp before darkness sets in, but before that let me take a quick check on our surroundings. Who knows what manner of creatures live on these parts."
Thardigord surveys their environment if they are near to any wild beast's territory.
Squinting, trying to make the most of the dying light, Mattias tries to gauge how much longer they would have to travel into the night to reach headquarters. "Might be enough time to collect some wood for a fire if we want to stop for the night. I'm not much good at seeing that far in the dark."
"I agree, probably best we set up camp and rest. Then we can start fresh at first light. I will go grab some wood for a fire." Tarkin heads just off the road to some brush and begins collecting twigs and fallen limbs from trees. He is trying to make as little noise as possible.

Nadarr helps Tarkin gather fire wood, and when they return to the camp, he lights it with a quick breath of fire. “Haaaaaa. And this is the life... Heroic deeds, comrades, and a warm fire at the end of the day.”
(OOC: I’m just going for flavor here, not looking to use the breath weapon attack... that’d be overkill)
[Thardigord] You don't see any evidence that the area is particular wild beast's territory, just random tracks that lead down to and from the river. The tracks all go in different directions, some following the same path, but that is about it.
[Tarkin] You try to be stealthy while collecting firewood, but it seems like your feet find every single dry stick and derbies on the ground.
[Mattias] You search the cart, but it is unfortunately empty except for the makeshift sack that is holding the poison gland. However, there small patches of grass and shrubs that Trigger graze on.
[All] By the time you all collect firewood and get the fire going night has fallen. The fire keeps away some of the chill night air as you all sit around eating and discussing the day's events.
(OOC: Feel free to talk among yourselves or do anything that you might want to get done before turning in. I would like a watch order, if you all plan on taking watch. Also, congratulations on reaching level two (2), go ahead and take the max hp for your class; so 12+Con mod for barbarian, 8+Con mod for bard, 10+Con mod for fighter, and 8+Con mod for rouge. I'll be giving out levels by milestone accomplishments.)

Nadarr’s contented attitude stretches long into the night. He pulls out his lute and plays folk songs he picked up from his days in the guard, eventually invoking a Song of Rest.
**Anyone who needs to roll hit dice can roll an extra d6. Who needs clerics?**
Mattias spends some time unhitching Trigger from the cart and taking him to some patches of grass. "I'll see if I have anything in my pack for you in s little while" Patting Trigger's flank in thanks, he drifts over to the fire.
“I’ll say. Glory, theatrics, near death experiences! It’s everything I dreamed! Replacing the dastardly villain with a toad, of course. By the way, how’s your “scratch” holding up?” Nadarr strums out a few soft chords, melodies dying away to facilitate conversation.
Mattias shrugs, trying out an air of nonchalance which is readily betrayed by his reddening face. "Believe me, that particular stratagem is being shelved permanently. But otherwise, we have what we came for and other than my pride, no injuries."
Sitting down with the others he rifles through his pack, looking out some rations to share around.
"Well wake me for second watch, unless you want company for the first."
Umuni was ready to sleep, and responds just so she could do it. "If you all actually need a fouth watch, I'll do it, but I don't have a keen eye for searching threats and stuff... Well, I guess I have the plus of darkvision, but yeah..."
(OOC: So the watch order is as follows: Thardigord, Mattias, Tarkin, Umuni with/without Nadarr.)
[Thardigord] As everyone settles down for the night you take up your post for the first watch. The campfire has burned down to small flames that slowly consume what is left of the wood. A few curious creatures skirt around the edge of the dying fire light, their eyes seem to glow as the light reflects off of them, and then they disappear from view. Your watch goes by fairly uneventful and you figure it is about time for you to get some sleep.

Thardigord sits next to the campfire after checking the tracks and setting his bedroll to the ground for his eventual sleep.
"That's really some first day for you Matthias. Hahaha!"
The dwarf laughs at his unfortunate circumstance during the noon.
"I could say, if that's yer plan of choking the toad the death, ye need to tell us beforehand. Hahaha!"
He starts wheezing while he laughs uncontrollably until he's out of breath.
"I would have a hard time sleeping while thinking of that now. I'll have to take first watch before I can settle down."
