Flux raises a bushy brow at the event. "Then we're good then." He says to the retreating presence. Turning to Volo next, Flux nods in agreement before glancing over to Kebron. "My friend has a point. Any further in roads you can provide would be most appreciated, Volothamp. 'specially for that Steam and Steel place." He shifts his pack giving the armor inside a jingle.

Reappearing from the cellar after a quick check, Phrael comes in carrying as many sealed wine bottles as his arms can carry. "Not sure about the rest of the week, but tonight we can most certainly enjoy ourselves

Oh, I don't know any of them but I'm sure that they'll pay you a visit once it is known that the trollskull manor has been aquired by someone else. Hmmmm the Steam and steele place as you may see, I don't consider myself a dueler or fighter of any means, so I didn't get to know the people from there as much as you would like or to at least introduce you to them from what I know everyone around here has a business so I'm sure they'll be happy to introduce themselves and what they can do for you. The time I spent here was to study the spirits that supposedly roamed in here but nothing I haven't "seen" before. I don't think there is much for me to help you or do for you here so please let me know if you need anything else before I leave - says Volo 

Renaer and Floon help Phrael with the rest of the bottles and Floon quickly say to Volo - Leaving already? we just got here and we can celebrate again our rescue! maybe play some cards, we are already in a tavern, we can consider this a housewarming celebration, what do you guys say?

Floon, I'm really starting to think that you do have a problem, we still have plenty daylight to do our bidings and I'm sure our friends here would rather check the place and the neighborhood, introduce themselves with the neighbors at least, that would be the expected thing to do - says Renear

Noticing the bottles, Flux rolled his eyes at first, then gave a good-nature grin. "Not to mention clean-up as well, but all will be well in time. " Flux nods firmly. "So much to do, and so little time. Ahh... Hm.. Anyways. One immediate celebratory drink is fine. Though.. I will have to make do with a waterskin." He jiggles his skin in the air. "If that's alright? Don't want to accidentally 'breathe' it... again." Flux shudders. "Then its off to see Steam and Steel for me at least. The sooner I am properly adorned again, the faster -- I admit -- I would be comfortable in my own skin again."

"I'm checking the rest of the place out before drinking.  Once we are done a celebratin I'd like to go talk to the guilds."

As Rin is preparing to pop open a bottle, he hears Kebron's remark about checking the rest of Trollskull Manor. "Kebron's right, lads. I'll make the rounds with him, but I do expect this particular bottle to be waiting for me upon my return. 'Mulligar's Magic' it's called. I like the sound of that, and I'm hoping I won't mind the taste of it." 

Flux nods to Rin and Kebron. "If that is the case, I will remain down here to at least for a time, and see to the bar's clean-up." He glances around for even a makeshift broom. "At least as much as possible." He gives a soft chuckle. "Hollar, if you need me." He then looks over to Floon and the rest. "Shall we meet you all later this evening for proper drinks then? By then we will have replaced the stools, and can have a sit down."

That sounds good to me, I seriously think that we shouldn't be encouraging Floon's possible addiction - Says Renaer

Hey! it's not an addiction I just like celebrating that I'm not dead...but whatever at least I'd like to have a stool to fall off, that's usually how I know that I've had too much - says Floon as he says goodbye and leave with Volo and Renaer

((There's nothing much in the manor, but I'll upload by tomorrow a list with what's usable or in good conditions, assume that everything else is ruined ))

((Would like to know condition of manor in general.  Basically want to know if its feasable for us to get it repaired, or would it be a money pit.  Also would like to look for any secret rooms/doors/hidey holes/hidden safes etc))

Flux sets to work, enlisting the ghost aid should he return in cleaning up the bar. What chairs are salvageable, he sees to their being cleaned up stacked. The rest he sets aside to try re-purpose later... or use as kindling for the fireplace. Frankly, he wasn't too picky, and eager to get going as soon as everyone finished their business with the upstairs. 

Rindarius makes his way through Trollskull Manor alongside Kebron, checking each room and taking notes on any repairs that will require outside help or expertise. (Investigation: 4)

Carnan walks through the Manor.  Needs a lot of work.  He agrees with the others and is open to spending some of their wages on smiths and such to fix the place up.

After taking notes and reviewing everything that should be renewed, bought or repaired you come to the conclusion that it'll take at least 1,000 gp and maybe 12 days of work. 

You may include in that cost and day of work the inclusion of any secret door, passage because the manor doesn't have one but it could be built by you. 

At this point you've spent at least an hour and Volo, Renaer and Floon are no longer there. It is past noon, what do you guys want to do?

"I don't suppose you gents have any wealthy relatives or are sitting onna dragon's horde?"  "I wonder if the guilds work offa credit or take monthly payments"

"Might be worth our while to introduce ourselves to the neighbors," suggests Rin. "And I wonder if our new business enterprise will be in competition with anyone nearby."

 You took 4 paintings from the frames and rolled them up, Rin said that he would take all the silver bars that he could carry with him 

So you have 4 paintings depicting the following cities - Luskan, Neverwinter, Silverymoon, and Baldur’s Gate

And Rin would've been able to carry 11 out of 15 bars silver bars (10 lbs each)

"When we are out exploring the neighborhood we should see if we can find someone who can move these silver bars for us.  I'm still partial to the idea of hanging the paintings here in the tavern."

I'm just gonna pretend Flux didn't hear or arrived late to hear anything about the bars. >.>

To Rin, Flux shakes his head. "Hn. I doubt it, but you never know. Now which way is that Steam, place..." He trails off muttering that as he began thoughtlessly searching for any sign of the place. If the others don't follow and say something, Flux won't notice until he found the shop, and probably already stepped inside.
