Saraba pulls a apple out of his robe, sits down and takes a bite out of it. He looks up at the man and with his mouth still full of apple says. "Who laughs hardest the liar or the fool? See this is why you highfalutin types entertain me so, you are so wrapped up in your superior then thou attitude, and your secrets that you think others won't notice." Saraba swallows the bite in his mouth. He stares hard at the man then springs up walking to within inches of him. "See I didn't ask if you heard of the Imp. I said I would hear the story of what this imp is to you." Saraba begins circling the man, continuing to eat the apple as he talks. "Instead of just saying there is no story and let the whole thing drop, you had to let out a fake laugh, proclaim you never heard of the imp and then try to cast suspicion on us, all in a attempt to redirect us. Thou dost protestest to much. Combine that with those worry lines you are developing at the mention of the imp and that slightly sickly uneasy look, there is a lot more to this story then you would have us believe." Saraba sits back down in the middle of the street in front of the man, takes another bite of his apple, looks up to the man, smiles and says. "Now story time please. What are you not telling us? Oh, and in a more sincere tone that doesnt make us want to punch you, cause with this group that is something that might end up happening."
"Fists and brains. Very clever - I value that most in my lieutenants. Well, again, almost most." He looks down. "I still don't see anybody moving to clean up your mess." He sighs, and lifts the object to his mouth,
Of the three of you right next to him, one of you may make a contested check should you wish to stop him. I would accept either Athletics to grapple or Sleight of Hand to snatch at it, but only one of you may try. You all understand this much about the situation:
Despite his bluster, and his obvious prowess -- he looks more dangerous than Grady/Dwindlejoy, for example, he knows the odds are against him now.
The City Watch does not take kindly to dead bodies on the streets of Waterdeep (only jail, for those nearby, if they are lucky), so having a live culprit present when the Guard arrives would prove advantageous.
The Watch does patrol the streets, and could come by at any time; if his object, as he claims, were to summon the Watch, it would at best make them arrive more quickly.
Should you wish to continue in combat, he used his turn, with Glory up next, and then everybody else before it becomes his turn again.
Saraba get up and gets to within inches of the man again. “He doesn’t get that choice Darruk. He wants us to clean up the mess, his carriage looks like the perfect garbage heap to store them in.”
Saraba pulls his empty bamboo bottle out and hold it up to the man. “Ya better have something decent to refill this with...what was your name?”
"Dont take me for a fool," he says with narrowed eyes. "Had you a plan to dispose of them afterwards, I might consider use of my carriage. As it is, I will not allow incriminating evidence on my property. Evidence that currently points to you. As it stands," he says, blowing on the curious object, "you have at most a minute to come up with a better plan."
"One minute to work out if you'd rather be employees, or prisoners."
Good thing we were with you when these robbers showed up boss. Don't worry, when the guard gets here we can back up your story about how you only ordered us to attack in self defense...let the guard dispose of the bodies, that's their job anyway. We can get a drink and talk terms.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Blue Eyes stands next to Darruk and begins to scan for any guards coming their way. "I would prefer not to be a prisoner, though I agree, let us talk terms over drinks."

I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
The man looks skeptically back at Saraba, and then smiles broadly at Darruk and Blue Eyes.
"That's more like it...I like the way you think! " He looks over his shoulder, still slightly worried. "But your pugilistic friend...when the guards come, can you keep him in line?" He pauses to pull out a small vial. "Just in case, the late, lamented Grimehouse spread a mist over this alley. Most of you shrugged it off, and, I, of course, am inoculated. Your friend, however," he adds, nodding at the still coughing Leoros, "took the full blast. This curative can be his libation when we go for drinks. Of course, if you cannot convince the guards of our collective innocence, we may not to get to share a table, after all."
If the guards believe us all they have to do is dispose of bodies, if not there are investigations to be had and much more work. Its late, you're well to do why wouldn't they take the easy option.
Blue Eyes strokes his chin. "Agreed. The last thing the guards would want to do is fill out unnecessary paperwork. If need be, I can offer myself and our pugilistic friend to help dispose the bodies. Then we can meet you later."

"Some are lazy, yes. Depends who is on patrol." He grimaces. "If Sergeant Grimsditch is in the area tonight, they'll investigate, fully. None of us will leave until he is satisfied. Consider dealing with them your job interview, if you will."
"But first, bloody me up. No, no blades. Punch me. A black eye or some bruises will make it all the more believable." He grins at Saraba. "I know you want to."
“ Well for the sake of being authentic...”. Saraba Superman punches him squarely in the nose with full force, followed by a punch from his off hand to the eye. Looking at the man and judging his work Saraba says “You know, you’re right, you need a couple bruises too just Incase facial injuries look suspicious”. Saraba grabs the man by the collar and Muai Tai knees him in the abdomen and follows that up with another knee to the groin. Saraba smiles at his work. “ Yeah that should do.” He starts to walk away then turns to say “ I told you that you might end up getting punch.”
The bandit has nothing, and Grimehouse has a few more vials, which appear to have been smashed under his weight when he fell.
Darruk one more insight, please
