Not used to the sewers, Sariel stays close to the wall to help keep in footing in the sludge. "Such a busy evening. I can't wait for a bath." He says to himself as the grime starts to settle on his skin.
As he approach and the creature is in view, Sariel keeping to the shadows will hold his action and ready his bow once one of the others start attacking the cresture.
Drawing weapons is free. Sariel - the creature has already seen you so stealth isn't going to help you here. You could try to use your action to hide but the only place to hide would be behind one of the others, and then you won't get an attack. You draw your bow and take aim at the creature, waiting for someone else to make the first move.
(I forgot to include Renaer in the party - added him in and his initiative is 21).
Renaer runs up his full movement, uses a bonus action to dash up around the corner, draws his rapier and dagger and readies himself to attack if the creature does.
The creature utters some unintelligible phrase, and out of two of it's eyes coloured rays shoot out at Cloudfur and Sizan.
Cloudfur - make a strength saving throw.
Sizan - make a Wisdom saving throw. Also make an insight check.
It then floats up in front of Dori.
Renaer hurls his dagger at it, but it glances off the thick exterior of the creature and bounces to the ground.
Sariel fires an arrow just wide of the creature, sticking it in between two stones on the wall behind.
As the floating beast advances on Dori Gargan crosses to the other side of the passage, maintaining his distance further back. Once he is across and has a clearer view of the beast he lifts up one hand and begins to channel the shadow through himself. As his eyes turn jet black and he chants the whisper like incantation a shadowy hand materialises next to the beast and attempts to grasp it.
Casting Chill Touch - Spell Attack Roll:6 Dealing 3 nectrotic damage on a hit and preventing any hit point gain until Gargan next turn.

As the grapefruit sized creature steps in front of Dori's path, he'd reach out to palm it in a hand while licking at his lips. "This place smells awful, but offers us free food. I can not be upset about such a trade. "
Cloudfur: The beam strikes you and you feel an immense force pushing against you. You dig your feet in and lean into it, managing to hold your ground.
Sizan: You try to make sense of it's speech but it's just gibberish to you. A purple ray leaves the eye stalk and strikes you. An immense sense of fear washes over you but you manage to shake it off and stay focused.
The ghostly hand reaches out from Gargan and tries to grasp the creature but it fails to find purchase, just as Sariel sends another arrow into the wall behind it.

Sizan Sidrosin
Sizan clicks his tongue, and mutters something along the lines of "mad little thing" in that strange tongue again as he pulls out his second short sword and trudged over to the creature now. "Eat it, and you will get sick, and die."He says along the way. As soon as he is close, Sizan brings both blades to bear upon the creature, aiming to cut into its center eye.

Well it looked mean but apparently there wasn’t much bit behind it’s bark. Sizan swipes at it, just eviscerating it’s eye and spinning it in place. He leans forward and jams his dagger in its.. rear.. just as Sariels arrow comes sailing over top landing in the back of its head. The globule falls to the ground in a bloody mess.
From here there is a ladder up to another manhole cover, or two different paths down the sewer. Where to?

Sizan Sidrosin
Sizan collects the fallen creature if it wasn't kicked into the water. After taking a moment to pull out the arrow, he tosses the arrow to Sariel if it remained intact enough before examining the remains. "You might still be of use later." He mutters as he digs out a small, hand towel to wrap up the remains before placing it in his pack. "We should be getting close." He says as he moved on to the sign.
If after studying it for any unique markings to at least confirm his theory, then the area for any others, he moves on to lead the way again.
