So long as Meiva refrains from praying for "too long", D.O.R.K leaves her be. Otherwise, the mechanical menace calls out sharply for her attention, and request the elf take her prayers inside until the danger has passed them by.
Lukian heeds Dork's orders and puts his sword and shield away to help "take what we can, and cast the rest off". "Does anyone mind if I keep a couple of these daggers?" the elf asks while working.
"'elp yerself, Sunbro. Was finking we keep some fer meself. Might I talk ta BLT later 'bout fashionin 'em into a better poker." Beedo replied to the elf as they worked on the bodies. Soon as the last of them are picked over and pushed off to the side, Beedo counts up however many he managed to grab and offers an even split between Lukian and anyone else interested in them.
Devin heads over the where D and Vark are. "I've heard of these bags, but I can't remember what they are called (Arcana 13). Can I look at it for a second?"
Vark starts to give Devin a hard look. But after catching a nod from D.O.R.K out of the corner of his eyes, he sighs, and offers it up for examination. However, he makes it clear in a stern look and a lingering hold on the bag that it's "on loan" for the time being. From then on, he keeps a close on the Cleric, but gets back to work until not a body remains on the cloud.

Devin accepts the bag from Vark. "Fear not Vark. There may have been a time in my life when I stole to survive those days are past. I just wish to examine it."
Every time Lukian gets close enough to the edge, he once again checks the progress of the vultures to make sure they (or anyone else) aren't returning.
OOC: Weren't two of them wearing studded leather armor? What's the condition? Looking through the characters, it looks like Meiva and Lukian could benefit from an armor upgrade.
The Studded Leather is well used but in fairly good condition and sized for Medium. It is however covered in runes praising Yan C Bin and also adorned with feathers.

If the armor isn't taken by anyone else (either or both), Lukian will collect it/them.
DM:
Lukian will spend some of his free time attempting to remove the runes and feathers using his new daggers and mending. Let me know if that's possible, how long it will take, and if I should make one or more rolls. If only one is fixed, he'll give it to Meiva. Hopefully he can fix both.
Devin accepts the bag from Vark. "Fear not Vark. There may have been a time in my life when I stole to survive those days are past. I just wish to examine it."
Devin examines the Bag and Pouch for some time - about an hour each - he works out that Bag is actually a Bag of Holding and the Pouch contains 10 pinches of Pixie Dust. Hpwever before that happens did the parrty want to do anything about the Spire/castle below?

The castle would not have stopped but only travels at about 40 miles a day (one and half miles an hour) so the Spire/Castle continues to be in view for some time.
Zephyros comes downstairs about 10 minutes after the battle ends saying "I woke up with a cat sitting on my chest playing with my beard. Could somebody explain why?"
As Vark throws bodies over the edge he wonders out loud. "I wonder what they are thinking down there, bodies of their warriors falling from the sky."
"That they are unworthy of whatever afterlife that might have been promised to them in addition to faithful servitude. Or, that they should gather a larger sortie for pursuit." D.O.R.K answers succently and dispassionately. "Truthfully, they could think any number of things, and it would not matter. They fought well, for what it is worth, and if they are fortunate, Mother will offer them a boon of salvation for furthering our training."She adds, looking to Devin pointedly. "Their actions have been noted, and I will endeavour to remain out here on constant watch for the next several days. Vark will take over as instructor for the morning drills." Vark goes from eyeballing Devin with continued wariness to staring wide-eyed at the construct.
Though she never looks fully in his direction after the declaration, his gesture to himself is answered swiftly with a "Yes, you. You have come a long way as a member of the red fellowship. This temporary position will be the first of many tests to further solidify your position in not only the fellowship, but also show that you are more than 'just a goblin'."She states calmly while staring at Devin the whole time. When the news eventually settles in the goblin's mind, he proudly puffs out his chest and eagerly rushes through the rest of the clean up work, forgetting all about the bag.
Zephyros comes downstairs about 10 minutes after the battle ends saying "I woke up with a cat sitting on my chest playing with my beard. Could somebody explain why?"
"'eeey everybody~ If it ain't sleep'n beauty! Ya fookin old fart got me fink'n ya died in ya sleep or some'n. Glad to see ya join us back in 'e land of fookin' erefings-all-kinds-of-****y. Ya lucky weeze was 'ere, o'erwise ya old ass be sleep'n 'e long sleep after 'em blow'ards start'n bust'n up ya joint look'n to steal ya place."Beedo claims, thumping his chest proudly while Vark just shakes his head at the whole response. "Ya welcome, by 'e way. Fing'iz it aught be time ya tell one 'o us how to work 'is w'ole fly'n business while ya out like 'at. Ya know, incase 'at ogre spittle riye 'ere 'appens again, 'nd we gotta put 'is 'ere floater into like super fly storm speed or some'n, ain't it? Or is 'is just gonna be a fing wit ya fer 'e rest of 'e trip?" Beedo asks frankly.
Meanwhile, D.O.R.K who had taken it upon herself to keep a close eye out for any pursuit, stayed outside. Though any snippets she gets at least warrants a glance in the direction of the main gathering before returning to watch/absent-minded feeling around for parts and plates in need of some adjustment.
(@All: The above is assuming all but D.O.R.K went inside after the body disposal/item recovery just in time to meet Zephyros)
Lukian looks up from his work and watches Beedo fume. When the goblin is done, the elf adds, "When trouble came, we attempted to wake you, but were unable," he says to the giant. "The gods were on your side, however, and we were able to defend your castle against the agents of Yan-C-Bin. It would have been better if we had been able to alert you to their presence when we became aware of it. In the future, if we desire your attention, by what means may we summon you?"
"Hmm yes, I can see how that would be a problem but sometimes when I speak to my friends I fall into a sleep from which it is very hard to wake me."He thinks for a minute and then says come here to Lukian and Beedo. He takes them over to the stand beneath the circle in the ceiling and says "please say your names very clearly and then repeat after me 'Suas! I ... need access to the control room!'" As Beedo and Lukian complete the process they find themselves whizzed upstairs to the next room. Zephyros looks over at the remainder of the party as Lukian and Beedo disappear and says "does anybody else need to go upstairs?"
Beedo looks around in amazement as they appear on the next level and he finds himself in a room with an 80-foot-high ceiling and tall, slender windows set with panes of stained glass. Furnishings include a giant-sized bed and an enormous wooden chest. Stone shelves protrude from the walls at heights of 20, 40, and 60 feet, on which a vast collection of books can be seen. Watching Beedo's eyes widen in amazement, he says before you ask "Yes, it is possible to go up to the aerie, all you have to do is say you name, the command word and wait! But before you do my cats uo there are often hungry and would find you, my little friend, an ideal treat!"
Floating 10 feet above the floor is a 7-foot-diameter sphere of thin, polished mithral with a large skye (cloud) rune embossed on its outer surface. Zephyros looks across at Beedo with a grin that has just a touch of wickedness in it saying "you see my little friend why I can't teach you to control the castle!"
Vark and D.O.R.K opt for one reason or another to stay below. If Torunn doesn't go up however, Vark approaches hima bout using some of his godly mumbo jumbo to turn his sole remaining scimitar and some daggers he found into longsword. A red bladed longsword with maybe some kind of channel thing to make coating it in coil and fire easy.
Meanwhile...
Snapping out of his amazement long enough for it, Beedo huffs. "There's more 'en one way to skin a cat, or my name isn't Beedo Big Nose, Giant Slayer and greatest arm wrestling champion the world!" He proclaims proudly. "Just give me... some rope, a foot stool, a couple of pigs, and larder and I'd be good to go!"

Meiva says a prayer of thanks to Silvanus for the victory.
And that's all I have to say about that.

Reference Spoiler in Post #1320 - you can fix them both in the time that Devin spends examining the Bag and the Pouch (see Post #1321)

Before looking at the bags.
Devin steps out of the door of the castle and looks down at the spire below trying to seen if anything else is going on or what can be seen.
Perception 14
As Vark throws bodies over the edge he wonders out loud. "I wonder what they are thinking down there, bodies of their warriors falling from the sky."
After everything is "cleaned up" outside, Lukian takes two of the daggers and the two sets of studded leather armor inside and finds a space to work.
Torunn will be outside, keeping an eye on the vultures. If any get to close or dive aggressively, he will fire his musket at them.
Once he is happy the vultures are far enough away, he will head back inside and rejoin the group.
(I can add more to this when I know what Torunn walks into)

"Thank you, Uncle Zeph," Lukian says. "This will be beneficial. Now, when we're ready to go back down, what do we say?"
"Why 'Sios' of course! I strongly suggest you don't get them confused" he replies.
